The manager here was so helpful and so very nice. He offered to let me try something before I bought it. They went above and beyond for customer service. I am excited to go home and try all the yummy food. It is so rare to get this level of customer service. Thank you!!!

We tried the place when they first opened. It was busy and we ordered the steak stroganoff and the garlic bread. We waited for a little bit until the food came. It wasn’t bad but the portions were smaller than expected. There were only 3 small slices of garlic bread for $ 5! We went back a second time when I had a coupon. We ordered the Hot Pot and the Japanese Pan noodles. The soup was actually tasty and so was the noodles. However, we would have liked heartier portions for the price.

The place is decent. The style of this fast food restaurant is what drew me in. It is something different so I wanted to try it. My first experience going here was good. I have a friend with the gluten allergy and the women taking our order was very informative and helped her to make a choice on food. The spicy Caesar wrap was tasteful. My second experience was interesting. My boyfriend and I decided to meet here I ordered a Caesar salad and the tomato bisque, he also ordered a tomato bisque and a wrap. The food was ready quickly and again very tasteful. My only complaint is that both of our meals had some brown lettuce which was unappealing. Other than that the overall experience was fine!

I wasn’t expecting much, but the meal is Awesome, and they even recommend the meat to go with the meal. I am sure to come back! It’s a little pricey, two bowls and two bottles of ibc root beer came to $ 24.00, wish I could change the $ to $$. It’s still a good place for a quicky.

Not impressed. Was dirty. Empty tables were not being cleaned. Staff had a bit of an «attitude». Food was«ok». Ordered a small size soup. Arrived with barely anything it it and was only ½ filled. More like 8 oz of broth. Will never go again. Too bad since this is a new development with lots of choices.

This is fast food noodles. I had the Japanese Pan Noodles with steak. The steak was tasty and the Udan style noodles were pretty good too. My wife had the Indonesian Peanut Sauté. The sauce was spicy and sweet. Pretty good too. The problem is the place needs a good cleaning. The floors look dirty and there is nobody cleaning tables. Only the manager seems to be working hard. The counters are all covered with point of purchase junk. This has to be hard to keep clean. It’s Panera for noodles.

Decent enough place. They have more than just your typical Asian noodle dishes, there’s also some Italian options and Mac and Cheese. The main thing that really detracted from my experience here was their weird cold drink cups, which caused this weird bright orange crap to rub off on my fingers. I was like ewww, what is that? Where did it come from? Was it from the food… uh oh. oh no it’s the stupid cups. The small order of potstickers I had was fine, nothing to rave about but decent enough. Seating is a little awkward. We sat at a booth and then there was a couple sitting behind us at a counter. It was like someone was eating right behind my head, which they kind of were. Might stop in again to sample some other things. Prices are very reasonable, a bit less than Panera. They also have salads. Service was fast.

Barely edible. I actually walked out after one bite and left my food on the table. I should have read Unilocal before ordering! Pasty, dry noodles. Stale flatbread. Rubbery chicken. Literal mouth-hell. Nice staff, though but, I don’t eat at restaurants to talk to nice people. Lol The manager needs to wake up! Dirty floors… gross food… Come on!

Atleast 50 to go covers fell on a dirty floor and were picked up put back on the counter to be used. The place was dirty with things all over the floor. Tables not cleaned. Nasty attitudes.

This place was super average. It was like a fast food noodle joint. I got the stroganoff and it was actually pretty tasty. The pad Thai wasnT so hot. They have a pretty big dining area, which was a little dirty when we went in. I don’t see myself running there for noodles any time soon.

it wasn’t like an authentic asian flavors at all… but it was a kind of okay place for my kids to get quick spagetti or mac & cheese. I tried the pad thai and didn’t enjoy it but I satisfied that my kids had a good meal.

Second time at this national chain that is new to this region. First time at this location in Westwood. The first thing I noticed is the amount of staff they have just standing around. The next thing I notice is what a pig sty the place is. Dirty tables with plates and dishes on them, totally trashed floors and just a feeling of grime. Nasty! We tried your other store in franklin and it was clean and shiny. The food is decent, although the prep of my «buff bowl» was sloppy looking. Westwood station is barely up and running and this place feels like it’s already ready to go out.

Had the small bowl of Japanese Pan Noodles with a side of «marinated» steak. Honestly, I felt like I was eating a bowl of earth worms. Big fat noodles that were chewy and bland. Shiitake mushrooms were undercooked and extremely woody. Had to spit them out. Other veggies were ok but too al dente for me. Should have just grabbed a bag of raw vegetables. A waste of a lunch hour and my wallet is $ 8 lighter. I won’t be back…

Delicious food! My cousin and I went in for the first time yesterday. The person working the counter was very sweet to us and answered all of the questions we had — even made some recommendations! Both of us really enjoyed the food — $ 5 for a pretty decent sized bowl that filled us up! Only weird thing was there was no pepper to offer? Not a huge deal just an observation! I will most definitely be back and will also recommend that my company looks into their catering!

This is my first time to this place. It was very flavorful and filling. I would like to go back and try some other dished soon. I got the Bangkok Curry, I got it plain but should have included some shrimp or chicken… It was good…

Take out order for lunch today: Thai Curry Soup and Potstickers. Soup had very good flavor, but extremely dry chicken. Love that it had(I think) Thai Basil in it. Yum. Potstickers were very sad, flat over old dry cabbage something. The dipping sauce had good heat but was super, super salty. I like that my soup stays hot/warm much longer than their noodle dishes which tend to get cold quickly and become gluey.

Just tried out the new location. I’ve been to the one in DC so I know whats good. I had the regular size Pesto Cavatappi which is curly pasta in a basil pesto sauce with mushrooms and tomato. I ordered Parmesan chicken with it and it tasted great with the noodles. You can also get grilled chicken, shrimp, steak, pork tofu or meatballs. The price is a little bit expensive as the meat you add to it can be an extra $ 2.50 so just the meal, no drink, came to about $ 9. Overall the meal came quickly, they give you a number and deliver it to your table, and it was very tasty. I’ll have to go back to see what else is good.

Just tried the new venue at the soft opening. The staff was terrific, friendly and enthusiastic. My wife had the udon Japanese dish with chicken, I had the noodle soup special. The flavors were great but the portions were really small, my soup bowl was less than half full. Very little chicken and the nan was put In the soup, it should have been on the side so it was not soggy. The photos on the wall showed full plates and bowls, not what we received. Compared with other noodle restaurants, the overall value was much less. If these are the regular portion sizes, we probably won’t go back.
