These people feel they should not be questioned about the work they do on my property. I called to question the work they claimed to have done and asked for explanation before I paid the bill. I paid the bill but on my next service call to them was told they were upset that I dared to question the bill. I reserve the right to question or challenge that which I have concerns about.

Ace has given us excellent service on our air conditioning and heating units at our office condo in downtown Worcester. They come promptly, correctly diagnose and fix the problems and charge very reasonable fees. Another outfit (Garabedian) took days to come, disputed our report that we did not have heat, charged us over $ 1500 for our heating problems and they still weren’t corrected. Ace came quickly and remedied the problems. We will use them exclusively.
