We love Big Al’s!!! Delicious subs. I enjoy how they have specials named for the other businesses in the plaza. The only thing we wish is that Big Al’s was opened later and on open on Sunday. But other than that the steak and cheese is amazing. I’ve had the BLT and was loaded with bacon. The lady at the counter was welcoming and made us feel comfortable.

First of all… most clean bathroom ever in Worcester. A clean bathroom means that the business respects hygiene and is on top of things. Great customer service… the woman that worked the counter was so welcoming and knew her stuff. My veggie sandwich was cooked perfectly. I requested it on a pita but the cook admitted that the pita bread was too flimsy for the hot veggies… so he made me a wrap instead. Really delicious fresh veggies — squash, zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, balsamic… yummm. Couldn’t be happier. I will be calling «Big Al» to see if he can provide some sandwiches and salads for my next staff event. Thank you. I love discovering good food in Worcester.

Outstanding! This is the place to go for a sandwich! Forget all those chain stores. Food is fresh. That’s no lie they prepare all the meats. You get a turkey sub, it’s turkey not pressed mystery meat. Stop in get a Ruben or if your real hungry the shops namesake sandwich is amazing. Be sure to say hi to Al.

I’m from Florida where you can find a decent sub shop on every corner. This is the first place in my two years of being up north that is worth a second visit. Great subs and Al is very friendly. I’ll be back soon.

Very friendly staff. Big Already especially. I asked which he would recommend between the pulled pork and chicken pram. He of course said that both are good but would go with the parm. I was not disappointed. Best chicken parm sub I’ve had in Worcester. Chicken was crispy outside but not dry. Cheese and sauce were both great. Small was a bit pricey at $ 7 but it definitely filled me up and was well worth it for the size and quality. Next time I’ll probably go with the large and make 2 meals out of it. Can’t wait to go back!
