Supercuts

I went in on a whim on Saturday, for an impromptu birthday hair cut. My hair is VERY long, and I don’t cut it very often, but when I do, I am pretty particular about what I want. They were very busy and I had to wait a few minutes, but it was totally acceptable and worth the wait. They seemed to get me in as quickly as possible while still trying to give everyone their best. I believe an older woman, ‘Santa’, forgive me if im wrong had started me with a wash, which was perfect. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it done. She really took her time and put some beautiful layers and a nice choppy side bang for me. It was a huge deal for me! She blew my hair, flat ironed and curled it. It was a huge amount of work and I really left feeling beautiful and thrilled! She complemented me so many times, it was such a great experience. She also gave me some great tips for my hair type and care. I will absolutely go back to her for my next cut. I have found someone I not only that I feel confident that can cut my hair properly, but I really liked her personality and attention to detail! 100 Stars!

I’ve been going to this Supercuts for a couple of years, Though there has been a turnover of people working there, I have always had an excellent experience. I get so many compliments on the color and the cut. I love that I can go in and no matter who is working, I always have an excellent experience!

I wish that more people reviewed this place… One bad review is crazy. I switched to here from Hair Cuttery because that place was bonkers. I had multiple people cut my hair here, all awesome. I did find that Danielle was my favorite person to talk to, so I’ve requested her for the past year. They have an app where you can check in… And request your person. Danielle is the best, so ask for her if you can!

This review is based on three visits. The first time I visited, they were doing some sort of wedding party, and due to the staffing there was over an hour wait. I had to leave and go to another place. The second time I came here there was a five minute wait which is completely acceptable, and the haircut turned out great. The third time I tried to get a haircut here the website said they were open at 8:45, but on the door it was posted 9 AM. At 9:05 AM someone poked their head out the window saying they weren’t open until 1030 because of some staffing issue. So I had one good haircut here and two failed attempts. Your mileage definitely will vary.
