There are no longer napkin dispensers at Boston Market, a baked chicken restaurant. I have witnessed some foolish, short-sighted, cost-saving measures in my life, but this has to be the dumbest. Of course that’s just my opinion, I could be wrong!

Love this place!!! It’s not fast food, and it’s the closest thing you’re gonna get to a home cooked meal without sitting at home cooking it. Love the half chicken meals, I might like the market bowls even more. And the buy one get one half off coupon you get every time you go in is so much awesome! My only complaint is, where’s the loaded mashed potatoes? !!!

I love Boston Market most of the time, but that visit was painful. I guess on Sunday they hired some slow new people. A spacey older woman, who moved like she was walking through water, tried to help but just got in the way. And to Logan I ask plz WAKEUP! I could do your job a hundred times faster with my eyes closed. Plus, can u put makeup on that thing on the corner of your mouth, since you’re serving food? Ew.

Boston Market provides what could be considered home cooked food at a reasonable price. I have only had their market bowl(white meat, corn, loaded mashed potatoes, and gravy) but I intend on investigating their ribs, pot pie, and caesar salad.

This review is not for the food. Boston Market is generally solid chain food FAR superior to the likes of Applebee’s or shudder Olive Garden. I want to comment on staff. After a very long day of travel and work, I ordered a meal online. I waited the requisite 25 minutes and drove to pick up some chicken. I arrived to a packed parking lot and a jammed resto. Following the online instructions, I sauntered past the line to the take out register. Waited a few minutes when a confused employee(the manager I believe) came up to ask me if I was taking care of. I said that I had ordered some food online and was here to pick it up. She checked the computer and said«i’m very sorry, but we don’t have an order for you». After the day I had I was very frustrated. I told her that I had ordered online and she asked me to look at my phone to see if I had an order confirmation. As luck would have it the Boston market application was open on my phone showing that I had actually at least been on the website. She told me she was sorry that there seem to be a problem with their system and asked me what I had ordered. She then made up my order immediately! She had no way of knowing whether it actually place the order or not but she went out of her way to make sure that if I had, which I had, it was fulfilled at once. I want to thank her for her patience, and kindness. I’m not sure if she was The manager or not, but she is an outstanding employee. She was the young lady cutting up the chicken. Hair dyed green. Again, thank you. You made a hard day a whole lot easier.

I always order online, and when I get there, my order is ready for pickup. This is also the only Boston Market that I’ve been to that has hard plates. It’s a true diners location. Service is good and fast… really nice staff

Can an employee wash his/her hands without hand soap? I think not! One employee used the women’s rest room just before me, then one directly after me; and since I discovered there was no soap in the soap dispenser, I wonder how clean the employee’s hands were when they went back to handling food! I did report it to the women at the cash register, who claimed she was a manager, so maybe soap is on the way. I took my chances anyway and bought lunch here, but it makes me wonder. P. S. Garlic spinach and corn muffin OK, BUT the turkey pot pie was terrible – way too much salt and no flavor. I usually enjoy the pot pies, but not this time. Standards are slipping. You can’t substitute real flavor with salt and fat – it’s disgusting.

They just told us they ran out of chicken, turkey and meatloaf. So basically the restaurant isn’t being run at all. Something is up with this store lately, its pretty much horrible.

I like their chicken so I decided to get a bbq chicken sandwich today. Wrong choice! The amount of chicken was reasonable for a half sandwich not a whole one. So not worth the $.

Place was nice when it first opened. Very poor visit sides looked like they had been held too long in a hot box. Kid at the counter looked like he wanted to kill himself. Got a meal for four and it was just over cooked over priced garbage. I forgot the place existed then was excited when i remembered now I just think I was just doing myself a favor without thinking about. Deep cleaning in the front and new staff dealing with customers definitely necessary. Won’t be back nice to know you boston market!

I have been coming to this place for years — even before when it was called Boston Chicken. I am never disappointed. Don’t even get me started on the little corn breads they hand out, we always get extra ones. The chicken is great, and my grandma loves the brisket(I am not sure they have it anymore since it was replaced with ribs when I recently went). Going back to the chicken: it is so juicy and cooked just right. There are numerous sides available. I have tried the mash with gravy, creamy spinach, mac and cheese, and also green beans and really liked them all. There is definitely a choice for everyone. Perfect for take-away!

I am a big Boston market fan. This is the only Boston market we have around with in probably a 30 mile radius. We always get the family meal. The chicken is always fresh and flavorful. And there’s a lot of sides to choose from. The cornbread is my av crunchy and warm. Maybe it’s just me but the chicken seemed small(which is probably a good thing, no hormones) and the sides were not very tasty this time. It’s great for a home cooked family meal without having to cook.

Used to love it. Now with portion control it’s hardly worth the money. Today, hubby found a rubber band in his food. That was it for us.

I don’t normally write reviews about chains, but I have had such great service at this restaurant in the past I think it’s worth a nod. The service is good, the place is clean, I often see management present, and I’ve never been given a hard time about using my coupons. I come here every couple of weeks when I don’t feel like cooking, but want a solid meal. Keep up the good work.

You can never go wrong with this place. Reliable, cheap, great food. Just steer clear of the desserts. They’re thawed out junk usually.

Most of the time I’ve gone here and things have been fine. My last few visits including my visit today make me think it’s going downhill. Whoever is supposed to be watching how much of the side items are left is asleep at the wheel. I’m here with my children and they want mac & cheese, they were out for the 5 minutes I was in line. Then they holler back they need some and it was almost 15 minutes before it appeared and we got home to find it was mac & cheese soup. C’mon guys!

Boston Market is my favorite chain restaurant and this location is the best. I haven’t been here in awhile so hopefully they haven’t changed it but Murphy’s Law states that they probably will at some point. For those who haven’t been to a Boston Market it’s in between a Subway and an Applebees. You stand in line decide what you want and go to the counter and they dish out the items you want. Boston Market is absolutely the most delicious food you can get anywhere in terms of the mashed potatoes, gravy, cornbread, and mac and cheese. The chicken is always fresh and super moist and there really is nothing bad here. The reason I love this location so much is that unlike every other Boston Market location they actually give you a real plate and metal silverware to eat off of. So not only do you have a hot delicious homemade meal but now it truly feels like one when you go and sit down with proper utensils. If they’ve changed this I’ll be disappointed but the food recipes I’m sure will be the same. I’m always a bit disappointed with the portions being on the small side and the prices being a tiny bit higher than I’d want but Boston Market still is tops.
