Sat here for a late lunch today with my honey and we loved it! The food was WONDERFUL and the staff was so polite. It was a little busy but the staff was so graceful in their way of keeping up with everything. The princes are fantastic and it’s a just a very cute family run place. The only flaw was the dessert. The cannoli cake tasted old and kind of flaccid, and it really didn’t taste like cannoli. But other than that, Bella Bella.

Ihad the $ 15.99 Moussaka. Never again. It lacked a true Moussaka’s touch. No potatoes, yes-there was beef, very little eggplant, the bechemel sauce. This was a poor«lazy man’s Moussaka! Saving grace was my wofe’s Vegetable Lasagna which had far 10x the eggplant my Moussaka had. Will not order the Moussaka again.

This place is awesome. I have been ordering from here for over a decade! I have watched the waitresses go from young women to menopause! Yet the food still retains that great flavor! I would recommend this place for takeout. It’s a bit crowded on the inside so get their early for dinner.

The waitress was great, but the food was not. I ordered suasage and pepper sandwich and it was cold and dry and could not finish it and asked for the check. My first trip I ordered an Italian grinder and it was good. Maybe there good at making cold food. The desert is the same. I ordered the carrot cake and it was ordinary. I had better at Walgreens Dish Aisle where they sell the fruits. Maybe because the where I live all the Italian Restaurants are always competing against each other and if they are not good the establishment would go out of business. Sorry for the harsh review.

Just had a great catered event for work by Ernie and his team! They were so accomodating, the food was amazing as always, and there was plenty of it. Our team had a lot to celebrate but what made them most excited about the event is that they heard we would be working with Ciao Bella. I highly recommend them for workplace events!

I’ve been coming here since I was in middle/high school for one main reason, the Greek salad! The portion is huge and decently priced. The lettuce and spring mix is always fresh and the house dressing is the best I’ve had. I can’t speak about the other items on their menu but the Greek salad has been consistently satisfying for over a decade.

I had the chicken parmesan sandwich and it was amazing! This thing was huge too, more than enough for two people but I just couldn’t put it down! The chicken was tender and the sauce was delicious with just the right amount of cheese. Most places skimp on the cheese and their sauce tastes like ragu but not Ciao Bella, they’re doing things right!

Got the vegetarian lasagna and was very good. Also got here in about 30 minutes on SB Sunday. Man it’s refreshing to be able to leave a positive review. I’ll be ordering here again!

We just moved to Worcester, and finding this amazing place that offers delivery was a great start to our new life! We have now ordered twice from them, and the pizzas are incredible as are the pastas. The delivery driver was super nice and the prices are right. Very excited to live close!

So far, sooooo GOOD! Ciao Bella is magnífico for a salutare, delizioso, and rapido pickup order. Now that said, full disclosure, I only tried the cheese pizza; but I’ve got a thing about ordering without seeing what it looks like first…(Hint hint: Take some menu pictures!) I posted an image of my first and most recent orders, so, you’re welcome!

Wanted to add chicken to their pesto pizza and add pepperoni to their roasted veggie pizza but it said no modifications to the specialty pizzas and create your own instead. So I attempted to create my own over the phone, she was very helpful stating that I could add they just wouldn’t do half and half on specialties. Most importantly, the pizza was amazing!!!

There good is alright. There eggplant parm is baked which is nice. Pasta and meatballs good. However grindees are not good for the price they charge of 9 dollars. In general think prices are a bit expensive for take out food.

DONTORDERDELIVERYSERVICE!!!(Unless you don’t want to eat your food for 2 hours!!!) I placed an on-line order which says orders will be processed immediately after they are submitted. This was at 6:40pm. The order was for 2 meatball subs and 2 bottles of soda. That’s it. I waited over one hour before calling to «check» on my delivery. The girl I spoke with asked what the phone number was I placed the order under. After giving it to her, she pulled up order and said, «Ok I see its for 2 meatball subs and it was placed 1 hour and 5 mins ago. That order was just processed and just went out the door with the driver. It should be arriving momentarily.» (That was at 7:45pm) It’s now 8:21pm. No order. A few moments ago I received a call from Ciao Bella. It was a different woman. She did not know I called previously. She said, «Hi this is Ciao Bella. I’m just calling to let you know we are running behind on our deliveries. Your order is ready and as soon as one of our delivery drivers gets back to the store, your order will be going out next.» I said, «Excuse me but I called over a half hour ago and another girl told me my order had already left?» She said, «well it wasn’t me you spoke with. I’m just telling you that your order will be going out next»(she showed no sympathy, Did not apologize for getting lied to during the last call, and made no attempt to appease my concerns or disappointment) I said, «it’s been over an hour and a half.» She said, «yes. That’s correct. My just called to let u know»(as if she was doing ME a favor) I can only imagine how those sandwiches will arrive when they finally do come. If my order was, indeed, made when I placed the order — at 6:40pm– then I’m certain the bread of the grinders will be complete mush after sitting there for hours. I realize they may be busy. However, don’t offer delivery service if you can’t keep up with the demands of the orders. And if in fact this is not typical of their delivery service… then apologize for the poor service and offer something to customer! They did neither!!!(And I happen to know their delivery service is known to take a long time — all the time. But a 2 hour delivery wait for 2 grinders is completely UNACCEPTABLE. How disgusting.

2 stars BC the first time I came here the butternut squash bisque was great. This time they served me a burnt eggplant sandwich. I sent it back to the kitchen and the waitress showed it to the kitchen and they said that’s how they serve it… claiming it was roasted. Total BS I tasted it, burnt to a crisp was the flavor. Ended up eating the bread and drinking my water and leaving. Not so enjoyable…

The pizza I ordered for pick up was pretty good– crust was tasty and toppings were perfectly proportioned. I wanted more after I ate! The meatball grinder was average– the meat was dry and salty, but the sauce was good and the bread was soft. The portion was big enough for 2 people to share, but I don’t think I’d get it again. The most disappointing was the garden salad: $ 5.99 for a lot of iceberg lettuce and, I promise I’m not exaggerating, 2 slices of tomato, 2 kalamata olives(which I found the next day), 3 slivers of red onion, and 1 whole sweet pepper. Oil and vinegar provided was oil-heavy with a dash of vinegar. I’ve gotten some fantastic salads from pizza joints before, so I was surprised by the salad’s lack of… everything. Get the pizza and you’ll be happy!

The dinners are great — especially the specials of the day. Huge portions that two can share. The best marinara sauce in town. The pasta tends to be a touch over cooked — but just a touch. The pizza … this is sad, but it’s changed earlier this year. The crust, which used to be just amazing, is now very bready, too soft and puffy. I’ve asked about it and the reply is always, «We have a problem with the oven, but it’s being fixed.» But 9 months later and the problem persists. They used to have the best pizza — hands down — the best in Worcester, but now we’re trying other places. Very sad. Delivery has improved, by the way. Always within 20 minutes, lately.
