Fastway Pizza

Now I know why the Marlboro store is closed. Just got my order from Fastway
The fries were raw the grilled chicken had bones in it and my gyro was in a pita from the first Christmas. Online it said my subs were 6 $ when the delivery was here they were 7.70
3 subs and a small fry 28 $ what a rip off
Never again I’d rather eat road kill

Solid speed on delivery.
Amazing onion rings.
Take it or leave it on the actual food I had.
The fries were kinda heinous.
I’ve only ordered from there once, I wouldn’t explicitly advise against it, but you could likely do better.

I don’t get the bad reviews?!
I order from this place all the time.
Pros– it’s fast, cheap, pizza is amazing, staff will make you whatever you want or change anything on the menu if you just ask, you can order online, they are open til 2am
Cons– sometimes the drivers have many orders (duh) and the food is lukewarm or the pizza isn’t as crisp as I’d like
All in all for a fast food joint, they are pretty fantastic.

I ordered 2 subs exactly the same for a coworker and myself. The woman who takes the orders is incredibly rude. I was told it would take «up to one hour» for delivery which is ridiculously long for 11:40am but I let it go. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food to come and our subs were ice cold! Definitely not worth my money. I will never order from this place again.

Horrible service. I ordered a pizza with no meat as I am vegetarian. When my husband brought it home it was covered in chicken. We live just outside their delivery range and they refused to drive a couple miles further to fix the problem and bring me a new pizza. If you’re that inflexible, you don’t deserve my business.

Fastway is a great place to eat for cheap (I have only had the pizza) if your ordering for your family you can’t beat the prices and the food is better then most of the places I have ordered in Worcester! I normally order a one topping pizza and every time the toppings cover the whole thing not just here n there. All in all I will order from here again and suggest you try it for yourself and just go by all the 1 star reviews

Placed an order for a small pizza, jalapeño poppers, and a can of soda at 12pm. I live about a mile from shop. It wasn’t delivered for an HOUR & a HALF! ! The pizza was barely even «warm»…it had to have been cooked and sitting for AT LEAST an hour… it was THAT cold. I called to inquire where delivery was after an hour and they said the driver had just left and it still wasn’t delivered for another half hour after the call.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I’m really disappointed with the decline in the quality of food and service from Fastway Pizza. I ordered a delivery from them, and when the driver got here, he couldn’t figure out that he kept going to the wrong address… my neighbor’s house. He called me, and I told him he’s at the wrong house, and to go up the hill to the yellow house, and he kept going back to the gray house.
A few minutes later, the store called me, and I told them I could see their driver going to the wrong place. He said the driver didn’t want to go to the back door because it’s dark; but guess what? He wouldn’t know that because the moron was still talking about my neighbor’s house!!!
Then, the idiot driver gave up, and backed up down our one way street instead of going forward where he might have actually seen my door. I can’t believe the guy is that stupid and has a valid driver’s license?
Nothing angers me more than bad customer service for crappy food. I hope this dump goes out of business.

Fail! The site said 30 – 40 minutes and accepted my delivery address. Fine.
I called to check that my order was in OK and the person said it was. Fine.
50 minutes later I called to check on it. My location is too far. Despite having my number, no one called.
«This could not have been noticed when the order came in or when I first called to check on it?»
«I am sorry, sir» was the unconcerned response.
«My hungry children are more sorry than both of us.»
… No response.
FAIL
They paid for an online ordering system without geofencing?
FAIL
I only wish the abandoned order was larger.

This place makes up for only-​decent pizza with their prices, hours, and speed. Their food is good, but nothing to write home about, and depending on who makes your pizza, they can alternatively either skimp on toppings, especially for single topping pizzas, or overload on toppings, especially on specials. I’m fine with the overload, especially when I order the house special, but be warned that you’ll end up with a lap full of ground beef if you’re not careful. Still, decent food, open really late and very friendly staff inside.
I usually order take-​out since I live right up the street, but their delivery is really fast. Too fast actually. Again, living in the area, I loathe how their drivers speed and fail to obey traffic safety laws on the daily. They speed, blow through stop signs and lights, and one guy passed me going downhill on a side street in the middle of a snow storm. I would have liked to have given them four stars as they treat me great inside, but as someone who drove delivery for years, I know that it’s a matter of mismanagement. The fact that I’ve seen drivers get pulled over with their sign on their roof and then they still have a job, is bad for the business’s reputation.

Food: Any other restaurant would be a better choice.
Staff: They need to be replaced. Person taking orders over the phone, rarely gets the order correctly. The delivery drivers: All reckless drivers, speeding all over the place, every time one of them is driving behind me they tailgate and very close, even though I have an infant in the vehicle with the baby on board sticker showing. This past winter, right in front of my house they caused a single accident, and plenty other near misses. When the delivery person comes at the door, they are extremely impatient, they bang on the door, windows multiple times while I’m walking towards the door. One actually sent me a text message telling to come and get it, without even getting out of their car. It wasn’t even winter yet!

I ordered a calzone and cheese pizza from here. Everything was ok not spectacular but good if you need a lot of bread to absorb the alcohol from a late night bender.

I order from this place often and they’re great. Delivery is really fast (usually gets to my house in 15 – 20 minutes) and the drivers are friendly. They offer some delicious foods (some pizzas are greasy) and a fair priced menu. They are open late every night and even later on Fridays and Saturdays. I would definitely order-​out from here. Eating in-​store on the other hand, I don’t recommend. It’s an extremely small seating area (2 or 3 tables) and is really just used as a waiting area (by me anyway).

Late night drunk pizza fast. This is the spot.
Called on a Saturday night, prime drunk pizza time of about 1230 AM or so… Pizza and Sub was to my door in 18 minutes flat. Impressive.
I like to joke around by saying «It’s not Fresh… It’s FAST» since people always get this place mixed up with Freshway.
Guaranteed, this place is faster than Freshway.
The pizza is pretty good too. Greasy. Good deals. Nice delivery drivers too. I order this every now and then when I feel like indulging in greasy high calorie goodness. Cheeseburger sub or something like that was also pretty good.
I recommend.
If sober, I order Blue Jeans instead. Their deepdish pizza is great.

Yummy! Pizza is my favorite vegetable, so I’ve done many a pizzeria crawl in Worcester. This place, far and away is the best place for Greek pizza in town. :D The prices are inexpensive for very tasty pizza.

The pizza is great and surprising low prices but the only problem is there is NO parking. but I guess why its called Fastway, you need to jump out of your car and grab your pizza and go. I will def be eating there again, I think I will have them deliver next time.

Returning to our hotel on the «booze bus» from a wedding out in Barre, a group of us decided we were hungry again, despite just having eaten our weight in prime rib. Perusing the hotel book in the room, we found a Domino’s menu and a menu for Fastway Pizza. The group concensus was to order Domino’s, but I had to put the kibosh on that. Domino’s is like the army rations of the pizza world. So I convinced people to try Fastway. I must say, as usual, I was right. :-) It was just the nourishment we needed after a long night of drinking and dancing. Despite there being numerous couples, some of which may have wanted to get a bit amorous after having been to a wedding, we decided that garlic pizza was the way to go. Bad breath aside, it was worth it. Mmm, that was good stuff. The pizza was pretty cheap, too. Two large pizzas came to $ 18. Delivery was fast and I must say that the delivery man was pretty easy on the eyes – I just don’t understand why he didn’t come in and start taking his clothes off like they do in the movies.
