Awful. This place used to be great. Gone waaaay downhill. I got a pizza so overcooked you snapped the pieces apart, NO sauce of any kind, the dough had to be that shitty pre-​fab frozen crap. The pasta I ordered was swimming in a mixture of water and their pathetic excuse for marinara sauce. Bland isn’t a strong enough word for it. Laziest, cheapest, most pathetic food I’ve seen in awhile. So disappointed.

The service was nice but the pizza was so bad. We could not finish our meal and had no desire to take it home either. Usually we can tolerate average pizza but this was inedible. The dough was raw and the cheese was hardly golden. We wanted to like it, but unfortunately we will not return.

Best pizza in Worcester MA in my opinion. I come here for lunch all the time. Plenty of seating and pizza is fantastic.

Unfortunately I don’t live near Pizza Works anymore. Every other pizza joint I try I compare it to them. Not only is the pizza well made, but the service is great. The owner always goes out of his way to say hello and thank you to everyone.
I still stop by and pick up an order to go when I can!

This place is a CONSTANT struggle. Pizza Works is like that hot dude you know who can do whatever he wants, and get away with it, because he’s hot. The food is awesome, and that’s about it. The service is THE WORST. Never get delivery. My office orders pretty regularly from this place, and there is always at least two problems. Whether it be that they delivered the wrong food, never deliver it and claim you never ordered it (even though you have a receipt and charge on your card already), it comes cold (our office is all of half a mile away), or they sit in their car outside and then drive away because no one came outside– there is always a problem. If you call and point out any of these issues, even politely, you better pray you don’t get the angry man on the phone with the thick accent. Most of the time you deal with him then he just passes you on to someone else because he simply cannot fathom dealing with you any longer. Like I said, the hot dude analogy fits perfectly– food is great, service is the worst I’ve ever had. Anyone who says the service is good here is living under a rock.

This was possibly the worst dining experience my girlfriend and I have ever had. The service was painfully slow and the management was extremely rude. We asked for calzones and were given pizzas instead. We received little to no explanation as to why this happened and the server did not offer to make the appropriate order. At the end of the experience I asked to speak with a manager to see if the pizzas that were supposed to be calzones could be removed from our order. He abruptly declined my request in a rude and defensive manner, and became very argumentative with me. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! This establishment was completely unorganized in their business practices.

I have to give them three stars because their service is awful. I just called a large order in and the man taking my order was very rude, sighing telling me «really?!» when I had to ask someone what they wanted on their sub. Overall pretty awful customer service and the only reason I didn’t hang up the phone on him is because their food is really good. Just have a little more respect, complain about me all you want, just after you’re done takin my order please.

Great family owned pizza place. Eat in, carry out, or delivery take your pick. Reasonable prices nice selection of choices. Very friendly customer service… start going there on a regular basis and it’s like seeing a friend.
