I had a small beacon hamburger with everything and fries. The burger was perfectly done and juicy. One thing I can complain is that I could not finished the fries.

From the first time we tried a five guys I loved it. This location is great. Went at 11:40 am, there was already a line to the door, within 5 minutes we had ordered. 2 bacon cheese burgers loaded, little fry and 2 cokes!
The team there works so quickly and efficiently, they are fun to watch. We ate some peanuts while waiting and filled our sodas.
Food came out fast, so juicy and delicious. Fries cooked perfect. This place is great. Simple menu. Fresh ingredients. Great place!

We LOVE Five Guys. The food is up to par with the rest of the chain. The people here are good, honest working folk. I usually get the cheeseburger (fully loaded) with extra jalapenos.
Their soda machine is pretty neat; it dispenses like a traditional soda fountain back when they had soda bars. That said, if the machine runs out of a certain flavor (say, Cherry), ALL the cherry options are gone. This happened to us once and when we brought it with the staff, they said they’d look into it but never got around to refilling it while we were there. Not going to dock a point for that since this could be an isolated issue and those machines seem more difficult to maintain.

First and foremost I would like to say that I love 5 Guys. The burgers always taste great, its consistent, reasonably price, and unlimited toppings. I mean what more can you ask for.
But the one problem that I have are the excessive amount of french fries that they give you even if its the smallest fries that they offer. I’m not the biggest french fry fan but once in a while I do get a taste for fries, its just that I don’t need half a bag of them.
I understand that as a business you want to make certain that the customer leaves feeling satisfied. I don’t know, maybe its just me that feels like its too damn much. I’m a-​ok with just that small cup and a few stranglers. I don’t need that second cup and I’m sure others feel the same way. I’m done complaining for the day. *steps off the soapbox, drops mic, exits stage left, throws bag of fries away.

Best burger around! I love that they don’t package take out in styrofoam and the farm where they received the potatoes from is always posted. Obviously it’s a chain, but we still choose to eat here often! We love 5 guys!

Those useless advertising sheets on the wall doesn’t mean nothing at all. They claimed «best burgers :-/​». Common, are you kidding me? Good burger must to be made juicy under the plate. Meat on theirs soooo dry.

I come here on occasion, but every time I go it’s always an amazing experience! The food is outstanding and is very addicting. The staff is very nice and they have the most amazing French fries ever! I love coming here and recommend it to any burger/​fast food lover!

Pretty good burgers but way overpriced. Hey fifteen dollars for a bacon double cheeseburger fries and a drink. I don’t think too many families frequent this place. Its too bad because the quality is there. And you do pay for that but not worth it for the family. I’ll go back but it will be by myself again.

What is there to do out in Worcester? Pretty much nothing. But at least there is Five Guys…
When I ran out of food options, I was glad to have Five Guys to my rescue. I was craving a juicy burger one day and decided to make a trip to this place before heading back to Boston. I ordered the jr cheeseburger with mushroom, lettuce, tomatoes, relish, mayo, grilled onions, and jalapeños. I wish my burger bun was less soggy though. I also love the fries. I ordered the regular and it was super plenty for 2 to share. I was going to order the large but the cashier recommended that a regular should be enough! It sure was!
They also have sure cool high tech soda machines, which allows you to choose over hundreds of different drinks through numerous combinations. I never really thought much of five guys, but this experience gave me a new outlook on them!

Delicious everything! You can’t go wrong with Five Guys. It can be a little greasy with a double patty burger, but if you’re there for a clean, perfectly healthy meal, you’re doing it wrong. Definitely recommend the Cajun fries!

I’ve been to this burger joint a couple of times now and this one surprised me because of how clean it was aside from the juicy, delicious burger I got! The staff cleaned tables and swept the floor which is what I never saw at other Five Guys locations! I have to eat in a clean place and they showed their cleanliness :)
Now for the toppings… OMG! Here they are: Mayo, Lettuce, Pickles, Tomatoes, Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms, Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, Onions, Jalapenos, Green Peppers, A.1 Steak Sauce, BBQ Sauce, and Hot Sauce. Get this… they don’t charge extra for toppings :)

Get the cajun fries as well because they are so YUMMMMMMY.
Please go to this location if you haven’t already because you won’t be disappointed!

Hmmm what should I order? ;) OK, got a burga’, with tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and hot sauce. Also an order of «small» fries. Holy full! Delicious burger, and they put all the condiments on I asked for! wooo hooo! The «small» fries were from Idaho, and I could not finish! Very tasty!

A GREAT PLACE FOR CAVEMEN!
OK, my expectations were low, but I’m really in love with the simple menu food here. The burger literally melted in my mouth like a dance party in my la boca. This food could easily be medicine for the american hangover. So, this was my 1st visit to a Five Guys… Why the heck did I wait so long???
The only thing this place needs is to serve some beer, and it may be, well… Perfect.
I now know where my last meal will ever be if in the future, I find myself on murder row looking at a death sentence and need to decide on my last meal. This could be it.

This 5 guys is really consistent with their orders and service. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and quick to get your order through. Its got 2 Coke Freestyle dispensers and plenty of peanuts to go around. 5 Guys burgers are the absolute pinnacle of fast food hamburgers and this location keeps up the tradition. I have yet to have a bad experience.

Not having a drive through is usually the first thing I look for when trying a new fast food place.
Best burger chain restaurant on the east coast, hands down.
The seating my be crammed, and lighting may feel like your in a office but its sooooo worth it.
You got to love a place that specializes in a few thins and really dose it right all the time.

I should have known. We went back her last Thursday and finally had my first no so great experience at a Five Guys.
Thankfully, no complaints with the food. It was it’s usually great quality and quantity.
We got there around 7 pm and there was a bit of a line, it did move fairly quickly.
There were some empty tables so seating wasn’t an issue. Finding a clean place to sit though was a totally different story. The dining area was a mess and there was no one to be seen out and about cleaning up.
Not sure if it was an off night or someone was just slacking. I don’t think that it’s asking too much that the dining room should be clean for the patrons.

Arguably the best burger you’ll ever have. Everything is quality and fresh — so when you go for it, like the bacon cheeseburger and load it up, you’ll be getting a handful and your money’s worth.
Order a large fries and you’ll get them overflowing the container inside a big brown paper bag. Fresh cut, the bags of potatoes are all over the place, only outnumbered by peanuts.
Do you like ballpark peanuts? Cracked right out of the shell? Then you’ll love the barrel full of them with a scoop with your name on it.
It has the assembly line order and prep model like a few other chains — I’m OK with that. Speedy is good. Sometimes the place is packed and that’s the best you’ll do to get your food ASAP.
I will guarantee that the first thing you’ll think of when you eat their burger is your backyard grill. I make a good burger, but if I’m anywhere close, I’d rather go here than fire up old sparky.
