I’m so glad that I found this place and could not be happier with what I picked up this morning. I’ve been hunting everywhere for Canadian bacon and sure enough this place had just what I was looking for. Real deal stuff just like what I usually drive down to Brooklyn, NY for. I also picked up a ring of kielbasa to try and I think the next time I go there I need to try some of the Black Forest Ham. If it’s as good as I expect it to be then I might just have found where I’ll be getting the Christmas ham from this year. Enjoy!

Exclusively purchased meats at the counter. Employees were helpful and knowledgable. Bought 8 different things and all were authentic and delicious. Prices very reasonable too.

The stuff is super nice and helpful. Please check the expiration dates, many products are expired.

I’m one of those obnoxious bastards who eats paleo, so I go here mostly for the meats. The baked goods look badass though. But the meats… good lord. The thick cut bacon is enough to move me to tears and the variety of smoked sausages are too freaking tasty. Prices are competitive and the quality stands above anything else you can get in Worcester. The ladies behind the counter rock! Service with a smile!

Good, but every time I buy chocolate it’s white. I have started to notice a lot of expired products on their shelves. I was in there yesterday and a gift chocolate package I was going to buy expired in June. It’s now September and it’s still on their shelves. If you go there please be careful with what you buy. For my dollars I am going accross the street now. Fresher stuff. Yesterday I went and bought my gift chocolates across the street instead and they had the same ones with a 11⁄14 expiration date. Subsequently I have also found a lot of very sketchy legal and exploitative stuff about the Golemo family on the internet when I googled so I’m done. I can’t support this store or the travel agent any longer.

This is an outstanding market! The kielbasa is fantastic. I would recommend their house kielbasa as a good starter. After that, take the time to explore the many varieties that they offer. Not sure about what to get? No worries, they will cut you a sample to try. I love coming here! Golemo’s is by far the«headline act» on Millbury street. However, give yourself some time to explore the other food markets and bakeries that this neighborhood has. It is a treat for food lovers.

We travel from Southern Maine to stock up for Christmas and Easter. It’s truley amazing to watch the kielbasa fly off the rack two, three at a time. What a place, a market that shouldn’t be skipped.

We always make at least two trips to Golemo’s to stock up with Polish specialty items for Christmas and Easter meals, and usually make extra trips for the excellent kielbasa — there are usually 6−8−10 types hanging behind the butcher’s cooler. We like Golemo’s own, and the smoked and dried varieties they get from Brooklyn. Great on the grill in the summer.

Of the several Polish delis on Millbury Street, Golemo’s is the biggest and the best stocked with staples like jars of pickled mushrooms, different mustards, canned herring, holiday fare, etc. They may have the widest selection, I am not sure. They tend to be very busy and the service is not as personal as I have found at nearby delis on Millbury Street.

I recently relocated to Worcester. My family has been looking for a replacement deli for Easter fare since our New York go to spot closed on the Lower East Side a few years back. We did a test run on the kielbasa and kishka and my Polish grandmother gave it a hearty thumbs up. Going early to stock up for Easter dinner. Staff was very helpful navigating the many types of sausage and kishka despite the fact I don’t speak a word of Polish.
