Love this place. Sandwiches are the bomb, great fries, quick service. You can’t beat it.

This place is a hit or miss because the 2nd time I went it was awful in quality and the employee and the cook were even worse. They made a sandwich and it was missing a condiment that was supposed to be on it. They took the sandwich back and completely smothered it with the condiment to the point it wasnt edible. All with a smirky attitude from the server and cook. Too bad that bad employees can ruin a potential good place for lunch.

So I’m a first time customer here at New England Roast Beef and I just want to say the super beef is phenomenal! The meat actually melts in your mouth it’s so tender!!! I am coming back for sure. Seriously this sandwich has got to be the reason cows were invented. Try it for yourself.

Reuben sandwich was great! It was big and I thought I would just eat half. But when the corned beef is this delicious on toasted dark rye bread with well proportioned dressing, kraut and cheese, I couldn’t let the other half go to leftovers. So I finished both halves. There I admitted it. I did not make a platter, but the sandwich didn’t need anything else. The menu looks as to be on the pricier side, BUT the quality & quantity made me feel like I got my money’s worth. I have also tried the Philly cheese steak which was very meaty and I only ate half the sandwich because it filled me up. When I go back, I would like to try another new item, but that Reuben may be hard to pass up.

Front desk lady comes in late to work and says to me we open at 10. The time was 10:05. Her response we don’t go by that time we go by the clock in the diner time which is 5 mins slow. Great customer service.

I work in Worcester and have been trying various restaurants for lunch. I stopped by and tried New England Roast Beef. What a Great roast beef sandwich. I got the Super Beef on a sesame bun. It was excellent. The beef was rare and tender. This will be my goto place for lunches now.

I got a cup of chowder and onion rings. My daughters go a Philly cheesesteak and a meatball sub. Everything was delicious!

The only reason I don’t give it five stars — no bar. Love this place ! Casual college joint with the BEST roast beef you will ever have! Order a Super Beef with Horseradish sauce! You won’t regret it, so good!!!

The lady up front was so cool. She has blonde, reddish blonde hair maybe wears a cross on a necklace and she was so nice she even came back and asked what I thought of my food. She recommended the roast beef with the bbq and horseradish! She deserves a raise. The food was excellent. Even the onion rings were better than normal and I don’t know how to make an onion ring better. The sandwich is huge I am a pretty big eater and couldn’t finish it! If you are visiting this town you must stop in and have a sandwich! 5 star for the food and the service!

The first time I went there I couldn’t come close to finishing my philly cheese steak. Since then I have several wonderful experiences including their gyro, and onion rings. If you’re in the area you’d be robbing yourself of a great experience if you don’t stop in.

We had lunch there. My husband had a beef philly bomb & it was not only good, it stayed hot the entire time. I had a tuna roll & it was really good as well.

It’s a sub shop that offers very good sandwiches and a wide variety of other items. If you’re in the area and want a really well made sandwich for not a lot of money, give this place a try!

I stop by New England Roast Beef whenever I get the chance. I love this place, the staff are nice and there are usually open tables to sit down and eat. If you are a feta lover, I highly recommend the Grecian Chicken sandwich on french bread. It is delicious and very filling.

This place is essentially the world’s best Arby’s. I mean that in the best way possible. Its what I always wanted Arby’s to be. The fries are fine, but my go to is to skip them and just get a bigger sandwich. The have other meats, but just get the beef, there’s a reason its in the name.

Great roast beef sandwiches. They have a ridiculous amount of meat on them, and combined with everything else on the sandwich, it kinda spills out and makes the bun soggy. That’s the only knock I give this place. There’s a host of sandwiches to choose from, and in all the times I’ve been here with people, never heard anyone be upset they chose the wrong one. I always get the roast beef, because what else would I get when it’s in their name? A veggie burger?

I have been to NERB a lot of times now. I’m a big guy. I cannot eat a sandwich in one sitting! It is breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My favorite is The Russell. Roast beef and swiss on(wonderfully soft) french bread with horse radish sauce. But, I have never had a bad meal there. I tried their buffalo wings for the first time today. They generally come breaded, but they accommodated my request to keep the breading off. Admittedly, I got the mild(I really don’t like how some places substitute heat for flavor) and they still had a good punch to them. The sauce had good flavor as well. My only complaint is that I think the wings are a bit pricey, but I find that to be true of almost every where.
