I needed some certificates printed for a class I was teaching in Worcester and this location was the closest. I was concerned when I walked in because the print counter was busy and I had very little time. I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted quickly and my order was filled right away. The clerk made sure I was happy with the paper choice and quality score printing all 55 copies and when I started to walk away without my USB drive, he quickly called me back ! A good experience overall!

Slow equipment, dirty keyboards, ok staff sometime helpful sometime not so helpful. Fax and printing is overpriced.

My daughter went to the store in 20 degree temps with her three babies 6 mos — 18 mos &3 yrs to purchase labels she desperately needed. No visible help available to assist her. One of the kids started crying and a male clerk finally appeared telling her to keep the baby quiet or he would remove her from the store. Never once did offer assistance to find what she was looking for. My daughter was devastated by the clerks tone and demeanor. Needless to say my daughter will never shop Staples again and neither will her dad whose business has spent many thousands per year in Staples Florida stores. Shame on the management for allowing this to happen with unskilled uncaring employees like this.

Went there to buy a new laptop after already picking it out at the Auburn Staples. First had to wait around to have someone assist me. All I wanted to do was buy the laptop. I did not want the antivirus, the protection plans or whatever else they wanted to sell me. I told the boy I was not interested. He still tries to convince me and I kindly deny his offer. At the counter another man tries to convince me to buy all this other add-on stuff that I was not interested in. I know it’s their job to sell that crap but do they have to harass me after I’ve already said no? Just poor customer service to try to pressure people into buying things they don’t want. Give me a break and lay off! Thanks :)

I needed to have a few things bound. There office center staff were professional and very helpful and made sure I knew all my options and shared the pro’s and con’s of each time of binding. I couldnt have been more pleased with the finished product and the service I recevied.

Unenthusiastic Staff. I know you can only get so excited about staples but it was almost to the point that they were hiding from us so we couldn’t ask questions.

We went here last Saturday to take advantage of their back to school sales and load up on some supplies. It was kind of a mixed experience. They had plenty of displays throughout the store with«specials» but most of the advertised items were not actually on display but in their usual space throughout the store making me work a little harder for my deals. The store manager was quite funny, waving to me as I looked around, probably with a very confused look on my face, as shew offered to direct me thorough my wish list. She did try to sell me a Back to School Savings Pass, offering 15% off for $ 10.00 mentioning if I spent just $ 50. I would break even/Not sure where she got her math skills, but just a quick guesstimate on my part told me she was off. You would think the corporate office would have given them the correct numbers as part of the roll out to help them sell these things. Overall the store was clean, and I was easily able to navigate through all of the displays. The staff was quite courteous, and helpful. Check out was fast and efficient with no lines.
