The Pharaoh is truly as good as it gets in the world of Belfast kebabs. In my world there are two genres of kebabs and it depends what mood you are in I guess to which one you would want at any given moment. The first category is what i call ‘a good old dirty’ kebab, it consists of the type of kebab meat cheap and is cut in big long streaky lines. Most kebab places will offer this as standard. But every now and again you will come across a place like the Pharaoh that makes genuine kebabs where the meet is ‘cut and diced’(thats the name of my second category). Mixed with Pharaohs house sauce, you have got yourself a mighty combination. Seriously sometime in your life you have to try one of these kebabs!!! There is lots of other good stuff too, burgers, chips etc
