Hengrove Park Leisure Centre

I reguarly take my 11 month old daughter swimming and out of all the pools I have been to i would say this one is the best.
The parking facilities are good with a multi story just opposite the leisure centre, don’t forget to validate your car parking ticket in the leisure centre on your way out to get free parking
The training pool is big so it never gets over busy (even in school holidays its ok) I have been to pools where (unless you get there at 8am) you have to wait for ½ an hour for the pool to clear before you can go in.
The actual pool is always clean and it is always very nice and warm and the chlorine is not too strong.
The changing facilities are excellent with plenty of big family size changing rooms with changing tables and nappy bins and they have got a spiny thing that you can spin your cozzie in which I love.
The café is OK but not brilliant, there is a reasonable selection of food but the staff were a little bit rude and it seemed like they couldn’t really be bothered but don’t let that put you off, we may have just gone when they were having a bad day.
