Well Stocked and Super Prices. Why not make your own Craft Beer? Crackin’ Brew shop for all your needs. Wether it’s wine or cider making; all-grain, kit or extract brewing they have it all and at good prices. In fact they’re the UK’s agent for Coopers kits, so needless to say they have all their brew kits decently priced(around £12.50). I would say super-friendly staff, but I’d be lying :(They’re certainly helpful, but you’d be hard pushed to crack a smile out of any of them. «It’s just their way» I tell myself, but it’d be a 5 otherwise. But it’s the stock that’s the winner here and after a few months of concocting and waiting you have a hand crafted beer in your hand that costs 65p a litre ;-)

The folks at glenbrew are right up there with some of the great brewshops I have visited in the states. They hold a good selection of beer, cider or wine kits of all shapes forms and varieties. All the equipment and supplies you could need, from grain and hops to all the adjuncts to create your own personal twist on your favourite drink. Just ask if you have any questions about brewing or the things you need the staff are always there and know loads about the products. If they haven’t got something most of the time they can get it or know somebody who can. They are closely linked with the Williams Bros Brewery which means there is a wealth of knowledge right at their fingertips. The only downside is their location it can be easy to miss and not particularly easy to park on a busy Saturday afternoon. Pop in say hi and give brewing a shot it is very easy and you will be amazed what sort of creations you come up with.
