I’m sorry Wagamama, I have been here a few time and each time i have been Dissatisfied with my meal so on that note i will not be going here again. I also found that the menu is very limited and not much choice.

Standard Wagamama, but disappointing lack of service. Went on a Saturday afternoon? Huge queue outside even though lots of empty tables inside, as too few waiting staff! Just a ridiculous situation. The staff also got my order wrong delivered chilli men instead of chilli ramen, and my partner’s dish took an extra 10 minutes to arrive.

I came here with my cousin and his girlfriend for dinner while on vacation. I ordered the beef ramen which was a little over £10. I thought it was a bit on the expensive side, but since i was on vacation, why not. The food wasn’t too bad for me(I’ve had better ramen), but my cousins ramen was a bit on the sweet side, so he didn’t like it as much. His girlfriend did enjoy her food though.

Always good to go, and chicken katso cury is a winner for me. Hate having to wait for my dish while everyone else is eating around you.

This was a good meal at a relatively fair price. We ate lunch there on a lazy summer afternoon. The service was very good and the food was good, although it was nothing to rave about. I would go there again without another thought.

I was going to say this place has nearly put me off Wagamama but then that would be a ridiculous claim. I love Wagamama and their food like a mother loves a child. But, Wagamama, sometimes you really grind my gears. Yes, I understand you have a policy to just give people their food when it’s ready and that everyone lets you get away with this because you’re an Asian restaurant and so for some reason it must be difficult for you and no other restaurants to prepare food for simultaneous delivery. HOWEVER, this does NOT mean that you can serve 10 meals at the same time and then one after all of those 10 people have finished to their poor friend and not apologise for them having to sit there and eat on their todd. Buck up the service, please.

This is one of my favourite branches of Waga’s. It’s beautifully located in Kingston and chock full of families in the evenings. Probably not the best date venue due to the aforementioned kids everywhere, but the quality of food is consistent here and the service much friendlier than many of the central London counterparts.

A great restaurant for the family. My wife and children love the place. I love the starters but the vegetarian and seafood main dishes are a little bland. My carnivore friends tell me that the meat dishes are much more delicious. Staff are young and friendly and there is a great energy to the place. Not somewhere for a quiet meal though this should not disqualify it from a visit.

A visit to Wagamamas is going to be a culinery delight no matter what town it’s in. The Wrestern take on the Japense noodle bar your thankfully not stuck with having to learn a whole new skill when it comes to chopsticks, as there is the option to use knives and forks for the co-oridinationally challenged. The menu is pretty extensive and you could visit for a fair few weeks before having to repeat yourself. The food is moderately priced, a meal setting you back between £15-£20 per person, or even cheaper if you just go for the one dish/drink option. The food itself is tasty, well cooked and always a pleasure and there’s a small range of foreign beers on offer. The staff themselves are always helpful, smiling and willing to put up with questions. The service is prompt, even on a busy saturday evening, especially the drinks which will arrive with in a minute or two of being ordered. I honestly haven’t a bad thing to say about the Kingston branch, which is rare when I can be a picky person when it comes to resturants.

Back in the day, I used to think that I was pretty damn sophisticated for eating at Waga’s. On the rare occasion that my uni friends and I had cobbled together more than a tenner we would treat ourselves to a plate of ramen. Then I used to come here with friends from work, we would make a Thursday evening of it — late night shopping and a trip here. I don’t know whether it was because we went here so often that we got bored of it, but after a while, the dishes all stopped being exciting. So coming back recently, I was intrigued to see what was going on at Wagama’s. The menu has had a few tweaks here and there, but is still the same old; plenty of ramen, noodle soups, rice dishes and salads, plus all the sides. I love the yasai gyoza — steamed dumplings so I ordered them first, followed my my old favourite, the ebi kore lomen, the thai inspired dish of noodles, spices and coconut milk. Now here is the thing; when Wagamamas got big, it was before every neighbourhood had a Thai on the corner, and before it was normal to go out for just dumplings, like we can do if we go to Ping Pong. So when I came here 10 years ago I thought that a Wagas dish tasted like how it was meant to authentically taste, and my ten years on taste buds detected something different. There was something weird about my Thai kore loman — it didn’t taste like a Thai meal! My dumplings were great, but after sampling about 10 different flavours in Ping Pong, it was a bit… meh. So, it was all fine, but from now on, I will keep on exploring the plentiful amount of other Asian restaurants that London now has.
