This is one of few ‘bodybuilding’ shops based in the city centre. There used to be one called ‘Creatine’ based near concert square but this went online only. The staff were very helpful in advising me which supplement to but to increase stamina and size at the gym.
They recommended a supplement called ‘Afterglow’, which consisted of vitamins, creatine and protein in a watermelon flavoured powder. I took it for six weeks and it did everything it said on the tin. Saying that, I’m still as skinny as ever!
The staff were huge, as you would expect in a bodybuilding shop, they were easily approachable and seemed to know all of their products inside out. This was good as it shows that they are passionate about what they are selling, and given that they use the supplements themselves, it gives you a bit of faith that they may work!
