This place is not as cheap as some people suggest! That being said I had a box of sushi which was really good, much better than Wasabi for example, whereas the price is pretty much the same. The added value of this place is the freshness of the fish, the salad and the extra sauce. I’d like to give extra praise to the cashier for staying calm while dealing with an extremely rude and delusional customer, who thought the cashier was accusing her of stealing while he clearly was not.

Must give it a try! I have only been there once as yet, but I definetely am going back again! I had a box of sushis which really tasted well and were filling. Sauces were included. It was a proper meal. And a bonus: 30% off salads and sushis after 17:00!

To give you a general idea of how good this place is, I came here every day for lunch last week. I’m an Abokado extremist! I can’t put into words how gooooood their soups are. I liked the Vegetable Dumpling soup before I tried the Coconut chicken soup and it was like KABOW!!! A flavour explosion inside my mouth! The coconut chicken soup isn’t just any soup, it’s ramen noodles with beansprouts, mushrooms, bit of broccoli chucked in, and topped with fresh sumputous meaty chicken. I always add in extra chilli and teriyaki sauce which they give you for free with the dishes. It sets me back about £3.29 and it’s totally worth it. Plus the major bonus… how does something this good have only 182 calories! WTF.

Having been back loads of times for more sushi and yummy salad dressing, this has to be 4 stars now, at least for the sushi packs.

Hands down the best and cheapest Sushi I have had in London. Gorgeous fresh salmon, lovely salad boxes and delicious ginger and the price is actually resonable!!! My favourite lunch spot in the city. Also their brekkie bacon and egg bagel isn’t bad either, delish.

I stumbled across this place as I was walking from Charing Cross. The warm breezes emanating from this little shop carried the scent of fine roasted beans and naturally my yearning for an espresso came to the fore. I ducked in and snatched up a little cup of happiness, taking a moment to warm up and look around. I was intrigued by the food, which resembled the beautiful child of Itsu and POD, ie healthy food packaged in a simple refreshing way. The prices were also quite appealing as they were considerably cheaper than either of its«parents». The coffee was tasty with a sharp bite but lacking a little in body. Overall though, for just over 2 squids it did do a good job of waking me up fortifying me to face the wintry weather outside. I’ll come back to try to food and let you know!

Cheap, fresh, delicious and HEALTHY — I don’t really see where you can go wrong with that. Mostly take away — not much seating. I had: — Chicken teriyaki«shwrap» — Duck«shwrap» First, «Shwrap» = sushi hand roll, shape of a wrap. Taste? Similar to Itsu’s duck sushi but cheaper! Kinds? Available: salmon, avocado, crayfish, more. Cost? Only sets you back about £1.60 Everything has calories/nutrition listed, which is great for dieters. Plus there’s a huge variety to choose from: soups to stir fries, wraps, sushi, shwraps, and salads. And for drinks — fresh juices and smoothies too. Great place for getting everything in 1 stop.

This is a chain of sit in/take away restaurants that is cropping up all over central London. The food is healthy Japanese food they have a good variety such as sushi, miso based soups, noodles etc. I have tried one of their sushi hand rolls which I personally found quite bland, but it was filling. I have also tried the soup which i thought was both filling and good value for money, with good helpings of veg and salmon. They also offer a good range of smoothies and juices as well as coffees. All round a pretty healthy and good for value choice as far as chain restaurants go.

The most important meal of the day is breakfast and I should make it home. But, when the alarm goes off, rather than get up like I’m supposed to, I hit snooze and pull the covers over my head. When I finally remember that I have a job and need to get up, I have just enough time to jump in the shower, get dressed and pull myself together so I don’t look crazy. Luckily, unlike most people, I have Abokado. Abokado serves the best porridge ever! I pop in every morning and grab porridge with berries, seeds and honey, lots of yummy goodness!!! They also make smoothies, I normally opt for the freshly squeezed OJ to make my breakfast complete. What can I say, I know how to start the day!
