Bradley’s is a funny place. The food is pretty good and the restaurant looks good with a modern thing going on.
It is expensive you can easily spend over a hundred pounds including wine. If this place was in Mayfair it probably would be fair but in Swiss Cottage at the end of a residential street just down from a door knob and house number shop (seriously) it feels out of place. Given that it explains the incredibly varied atmosphere it can be busy or we’ve been the only people in the place for the whole 3 course meal.
My recommendation if you live in walking distance and want a fancy meal, walk past it on the way to the tube and see what it is like, if it is empty keep going. If you’re not local it just isn’t worth the money to come across town, sorry guys.

This our family’s favourite restaurant FULL STOP.
We have eaten here for many years and Simon (aka Simon Bradley) is a fantastic cook. I can’t think of ever having a bad meal. Lovely atmosphere — go but don’t tell anyone else — OK?

Whenever I want to get away to a more quiet part of London, I go to Swiss Cottage. Here I found French fare at fair prices. Bradley’s offers a two course lunch for 12 in a stylish, artful setting. I was able to choose from pumpkin soup, salmon gravdlax or fried ox tongue, for my first course and portobello mushroom, salt beef or fish cake for my second.
Bradley’s is unassuming as it is nestled away from the main street and features an impressive wine list for the scale of the restaurant. The interior is simple and a romantic place for a dinner for two.
