I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. We ate there because the bar next door was full of rugby supporters. The range on the menu is pretty good, and the quality is certainly above average for a chain. The staff remained friendly and attentive despite it being a very busy day. They also have a fun range of cocktails. Definitely try the Feijoada and the pork tenderloin!

Food and service is OK at best. A bit too mainstream in terms of selection & quality of food. Otherwise, the drinks and atmosphere is enjoyable.

I wanted to give this a 3.5 stars, but that wasn’t happening so I rounded up instead of down. Tomorrow is Friday so I’m in a good mood. They have two for one cocktails going on at this place all day, what a hazard! What a wonderful hazard! I ordered the grilled chicken, sweet potato fries and coleslaw. Was it coleslaw? Debatable, more of a chopped cabbage sort of thing. Great for rabbits. The chicken was well grilled and pretty tender along with the red peppers. Really nicely seasoned. The fries were crispy and sweet. Yum. Upside, the price, staff and nice food. Down side… Ummmmm I waited awhile for my drink, it was a super hot day so I was really thirsty. Other than that, not bad.

Not impressed at all. Food was average at best and service was slow. We did complain as they got our order cold and wrong but I won’t return there.

I gave my very heavily pregnant friend the choice of lunch venue in Westfield, and we followed her meat cravings all the way to this place. It’s a cavernous place that you can’t appreciate from the outside, with so much colourful décor splashed onto the walls that you almost need sunglasses. It does the job of making it feel like a fun, upbeat place from the start though. Despite plenty of empty tables they bizarrely seated us right in the furthest back corner, under the wooden staircase that leads up to the toilets. No idea why. But my friend was comfy on the sofa side of the table so I didn’t ask to move. I went for a spicy malagueta chicken burger, which is marinated in their special spicy sauce, with avocado, salad and chilli mayo. My mouth was watering at the description and it hit the spot just fine. The flavouring on the chicken was great, though the brioche bun got a little too soggy with the sauce for my liking. Teamed with sweet potato fries(obvs) which were the right amount of crispy and very moreish. My mate seemed similarly happy with her pulled pork burger, and we both finished the healthy portions — possibly because we were nattering away so much as usual that we didn’t notice how much we were eating. We decided to move on elsewhere for dessert as it wasn’t giving off the kind of vibes that made you want to stay and while away the afternoon there, I’m not sure why. The service wasn’t the most on point but perhaps affected by having the table furthest away which made it harder to get attention. It’s an OK choice for a meal but there are plenty of other places around Westfield that I’d choose to go back to first.

For the price you pay for skewers, it is not worth it at all. We asked for medium on our beef skewer and were given something more like rare.

Yeah, it’s the definition of three stars. We came here to see a movie with Unilocalers and needed food before. We tried to do Gaucho but it was booked crazy solid. And so, Cabana it was. It’s not bad. We had to line up outside and then wait until a table was ready, despite the fact that they had decorative tables in the windows that people weren’t used but totally set up and ready to be sat at. OK. I did a pulled pork sandwich which was … fine. Not horrible, but not amazing, very saucy, overall a decent meal, even if the bun did need to be toasted more. The special sweet potato fries were nice and crispy but smothered with black beans, making them a mess to eat. Ah well. Service was quick as we were trying to make the film, so that was nice at least. Not great, not awful, pretty much on par with the other O2 spots.

Cabana is okay, I wanted to try something different after shopping at Westfield. However, I think we reached rush hour so the service wasn’t that great. The food was quite interesting though.

Always excellent service here. Flavourful food accompanied by a great cocktail list makes this a good place to meet friends. I came here on opening night and although they’ve moved away from the rodizio concept that others have followed, they’ve replaced it with an ala carte menu that has the best that Brazilian inspiration can offer.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The venue looks really nice but the tables are pushed so close together that it’s impossible to have a private conversation with anyone. The food is overpriced for the small portions that you get but the food is delicious. The staff are a bit too eager to please which can be a bit annoying, but hey, I suppose they just want tips. They do not sell draught lagers and have limited alcoholic drinks but their Copacabana cocktail is lovely! I also really like their hot sauce which is just the right heat and goes very well with the food. However, I doubt that I will go back to this restaurant because there are just better places to go.

We chose to eat at Cabana on a whim because of their clear gluten free options. Wowweee, what a menu. So many options for gluten free and some, like the garlic dough balls, that you don’t expect to be gluten free! The food was delicious. The dough balls were amazing, the hanger steak was a «salivating, melt in your mouth sensation»(the boyfriends words, not mine) and the chicken skewer was juicy and tender with delicious flavour. The fries were average but the sweet potato fries were delicious. As for the drinks, we had a Cool Colada which was better than any virgin piña colada i’ve ever had, and the berry non alc cocktail was delicious too. We’ll definitely be going back. The only thing I didn’t like was when we went to pay we were given the card machine and told ‘if you like the service press the green button, if you didn’t, push the red button’. It quite clearly says on the screen in front of you ‘to add a tip press the green button’. That felt pressured and awkward, otherwise everything else was great.

While visiting London my husband and I decided to try this restaurant after shopping at Westfield Stratford Mall. We had several options to choose from but this one caught our eye. I’m glad we selected this one. The atmosphere reminds me of some of the nicer American Bar & Grills. They have upstairs seating that overlooks the restaurant, it is a more intimate area. For starters we had Guaca-molho with plantain crisps. This was essentially guacamole with a nice twist i.e. plantain crisps instead of tortilla chips. The two went well together. I’d say it’s worth a try especially if on vacation and you want to try some new cuisines. We also had El Draque, it was their version of a Mojito. In my opinion, everyone can not make a great mojito, but Cabana’s bartender did a great job with theirs. For our entrée, we both had to have the Spicy Malagueta Chicken. This chicken was delicious and tender. It was seasoned well and possibly marinated. They had extra sauce on the table but we did not need it. As for sides, the sweet potato fries were excellent and we also tried the cassava chips with chimichurri sauce. The cassava chips were their version of a potato(according to the waiter). They were definitely similar to a potato and the sauce put me in the mind of a pesto. Again, I’m glad I tried something new, they had a decent taste but they did not outshine the sweet potato fries. We also had some very refreshing Carvalhelhos Still water. I am not obsessed with bottled water, but if I could find this in America, I’d buy it occasionally. Finally, for dessert Nega Maluca Chocolate Cake(flour less cake) with a small caramel fro-yo. I totally enjoyed it. Overall, I enjoyed this restaurant, if it were not so far from our hotel, we probably would have revisited it during our stay.

The service was quite quick and good. The feijoada was all right, but a bit dry. The biro-biro rice was not bad.
