Chancery Coffee

It’s possibly the cutest coffee shop I have ever been to. The baristas are really laid back and friendly, and make a mean latte. They also have a range of teas!

I think possibly the best coffee in London. (Quite possibly the best coffee i’ve ever had) Right near the courts of Justice and Near King’s College Maughan Library~
MUST ORDER the African blend flat white. I always take sugar in my coffee. BUT this place i never put sugar in it… it’s THAT good.
I’ve tried a shot of espresso and it’s not that great tasting… (the best i’ve had is in Paris)…but the African blend flat white OR House blend flat white is good as well… also my friend has had the mocha and it is suppose to be quite nice too.
Try it without the sugar first and see if you like it.
Limited seating, very teeny little place, people are just in/​out for the coffee alone~

Unashamedly focusing almost exclusively on the coffee, which is excellent. Much better than Fleet St Press down the road. Not the strong, Italian style (for which head just north of Holborn tube), but lots of character. The House blend is a nice malty rich one. The Feature blends are great — good for a bit of variety — and the tasting notes are very accurate. One of the best in London.
The place is small and simple, with exposed brickwork and a few tables. Nice vibe, friendly baristas, and a fantastic variety of music. I’ve been a regular for months, and I don’t think I’ve heard the same thing repeated once!

Pretty good coffee.
In a tiny space.
The staff want nothing.
But top-​quality coffee, tiny pastries, and sambos.
Fastidious Japanese coffee devices displayed above.
It’s good.
Could turn bad, very quickly, under the demands of lawyers.
One star down for double-​cupping.
