Bubble tea is always great fun and there are a few options around Angel, but this is my favourite as they have the best selection of flavours and the best-tasting tapioca balls(they’re for some reason, chewier than at other outlets).

I consider myself a boba connoisseur and this place was A+. It is located in a corner alley of London’s Chinatown district, slightly divided from the hustle and bustle of the tourist center. I ordered a mango green tea half sweet with boba and found that the tea was very flavorful and full. The mango edge was a nice treat and the boba pearls were soft without being mushy. If I lived in London this would definitely be a spot I frequented.

I’ve been to many bubble tea places in London and this is by far my favourite, lots to choose from and tastes good! Friendly staff and a chilled atmosphere!

We were in a bubble tea mood and were walking through Angel. And what do you know, we found ourselves a Bubble Tea Spot right on the high street. Now, sadly, I have very high expectations for bubble tea after sampling some of the best in the city. And this one was only OK. Not terrible, but not amazing. We tried the Oreo and Cuppcacha mix, which had nice bits of Oreo in it, but was just a little too bitter. And then we tried the Taro, which was just a little too sweet, despite that both of them were put in with the regular amount of sugar. Ah well. The staff was also really not pleasant. The man at the front counter had no emotion and when I asked questions(like what was the difference between regular sugar and less sugar) and kind of shrugged and told me one has less sugar. Ok, cool. Just not friendly people. They were quick though and the drinks well priced. It’s not a bad bubble tea but I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to get it again.
