Love this bubble tea place! Being Asian, bubble tea is an essential part of my diet. I crave bubble tea all the time. Before mooboo, I had a few terrible bubble tea experiences in London. There was a point where I thought bubble tea is a lost cause in the UK. Only when I found mooboo did my faith for bubble tea got revived. The offering at mooboo is quite extensive. While they frequently mess up my order(I always order less sweet and my bf always order less ice), and we go at least a couple of times a week… Somehow they still make full strength, hence the minus 1 star. I still really love this place. It’s our go to spot during our walks. Definitely recommended. My favorite is passion fruit green tea and my bf always get mooboo Classic. Both are awesome!

Great tea & lovely staff. The vanilla iced tea with strawberry popping boba is definitely a favourite! More affordable than bubbleology and honestly just as good

I often go to Mooboo at the end of a long walk — there is a great selection of teas of which I have tried Matcha, Taro and Classic — all very good. It’s nice to have the option of tapioca and popping balls too. Cupcakes were fresh and delicious. On the more expensive side of average but worth it. I enjoyed speaking with the manager as he was clearly very passionate about the company and about bubble tea.

Best bubble tea in London. I appreciate all those bubble tea joints scattered throughout and around Central London(mainly Chinatown) that allow super customization to your bubble tea drink-from the percentage of sugar level to what percentage of ice you want present in your drink but I find simplicity is the best way to truly sample an establishment’s «standard». I measure a bubble tea establishment by the taste of a no frills original milk tea with tapioca balls. Milk tea was fragrant, not too sweet and bold. The tapioca balls were boiled just right — not too chewy, not too soft. Service was nice and quick. I had the original Mooboo bubble tea with tapioca balls but I can’t wait until my next venture out to Camden to try all the other flavours! They had a rainbow assortment of cupcakes out as well– might need to try one next time.

I’m a fan of their Bloomsbury location but decided to try this one out as it’s technically closer to my neighbourhood. There is a lot more space at this location and a bit more places to sit. But when you go to the counter to order/pay it can get very crowded, one little girl was practically leaning against me to try and read the menu. I tried their new«wavetea» in Honey Oolong. I’m still not sure how exactly it’s different from their regular flavours but wow the taste was amazing! The oolong was prevalent but smoothed out and sweetened with the honey. And not too sweet either. Both ingredients were balanced and neither overpowered the other. Kind of reminded me of barley tea without the weird grainy aftertaste. I hope this becomes a permanent menu item because it’s seriously delicious! I could see this being popular all year round. I also ordered the Mooboo Jasmine for my boyfriend with pearls. Also perfectly balanced and sweet, plus the Jasmine flavour was really nice and floral the drink wasn’t bitter at all. I had him try Mooboo with me before and this jasmine milk tea cemented his preference for Mooboo over most of the other bubble tea places in London. One side note is I’m not sure you can customise your sugar or ice levels like you can with Chatime. After trying four different drinks here I think the standard sugar level they use is perfect but sometimes I think there is a bit too much ice. I can imagine this location would be quite popular being close to Camden Town. I’m torn over which location is better but one thing is certain, Mooboo definitely do bubble tea right.

I miss this place everyday I am not in Camden. I always ordered a Jasmine Milk Tea with some vanilla in it. Boba as a topping on some days. Consistent taste, free wifi, and nice to sit down after walking around for awhile.

Yeah, it was alright. I love bubble tea, so extra stars for a location that’s convenient for me, but stars off for a few reasons. I got the mango tea with passionfruit popping boba. The woman behind the counter said she’d make the mango tea less sweet for me(I’m not a sweet fan when it comes to my bubble tea), but it just didn’t taste right. Admittedly it was my first time having mango flavoured bubble tea, but I love mango in general so thought it would be a good flavour to have. Nope, I won’t be making that mistake again. Not only did it not taste like mango, it just tasted bad. Second, there was ice in my bubble tea! I’ve had bubble tea in a few different cities from a few different places and have never one had ice in my tea. All is did was make it near impossible to swirl around and slurp up the boba, especially once most of the tea itself was gone! Sadly, my search for a good, conveniently located bubble tea continues.

the roasted tea is lovely! Ask them to adjust the sweetness if you’re not a fan of too much sugar. 50% or 70% sweetness is just right for me.

We tried the apple with coconut jelly and the passion fruit kumquat with pop balls. This was our second time trying a pearl tea shop in London so I was a bit weary as the last place we tried was excessively sweet. Both drinks were quite refreshing and the pop balls were a first. They looked like those sushi eggs. ikura and were essentially tiny juice balls.
