The products are lovely!
But customer service at the Westfield Shepherd’s Bush branch is AWFUL!!!
Avoid avoid avoid!!!
Rude and truly incompetent staff. Not the service you expect from Jo Malone!
So let me explain…
I was invited for this complimentary service. But we were running late. I tried to call them to say I would be late but no one picked up.
So we went in, I admitted we were late. We got there for 11.40ish. But I went in and apologised. Saying that our appointment was at 11.30– but the lady at the counter said in a tone I did not appreciate that it was actually at 11!
RUBBISH!!! I know what time I booked. I’m organised enough to put it in my diary and I booked it for 11:30.
Anyway– I said it’s fine we don’t need the massage– and then she said no no it’s fine and insisted we come in at 12.30 for the little treatment.
So we agreed to go in for that time. And then when we got there for 12.30– the lady said we weren’t booked in! So rude and impolite! I hit the roof. This was not the service I expected. I just walked out and complained to head office! What’s so annoying is that I wanted to treat my mum. But I couldn’t. That’s what annoyed me even more. Incompetence and rudeness! Not something you expect from Jo Malone!

My friend R and I were on a quest for the perfect home fragrance. He hates citrus, but i love citrus and he loves Floral and I hate floral. Oh darn…
Marie was sweet and patient with us both, going through all the many scents on the beautiful table. Putting up with the horribly disapproving faces that R made.
We finally found a scent that was the perfect compromise between citrus and floral in a scent called Lime blossom! Fantastic!
Afterwards, I was offered Lime infused water and Marie was nice enough to perform a small massage on my hands and my forearms. The massage was worth the 38 pounds! Scented hot towel on both arms then a massage with body lotion. After a hard day of shopping it was a lovely treat!
