Joi Buffet

Das JOI Café gehört zu einer Kette veganer asiatischer Buffet-​Restaurants, zu der u.a. auch das bereits von mir bewertete CAI Café gehört. Im Unterschied zum CAI ist das JOI etwas größer, bietet aber in Bezug auf das Essen eine ähnliche Bandbreite an. Auch die Preise sind ähnlich gestaltet: £ 6,50 für das All you can eat-​Buffet und £ 3,50 für eine Take away-​Box.

Ok, so when you’re ever in town, and just need some place to meet, and eat, I can’t recommend a better spot! This place is an all you can eat vegetarian restaurant, and honestly some of the veggie bits look and taste just like meat, only they’re all veggie ;)
It’s a great atmosphere, there’s a good selection of food, some fresh, some freshly cooked, and some that might have been there a while, but kept warm by the lamps and heated surfaces heating the food;)
It’s a great spot near central london, where you can just sit for a few hours, eat away, and talk and eat, and talk. and because it’s a buffet, you can stay as long as you need to, without feeling rushed or forced to leave.

One of the great Thai buffets (I frequent them frequently). This one is good if you are shopping nearby as it is just off Tottenham Court Road. It has a quiet, pleasant atmosphere and does takeaways too. The food is great, vegan and a good range and most healthy. The fake meat is cool.
