This place in general is okay. We got a sharing platter which was yummy as a starter. We ordered a ravioli as a main dish which was extremely good. We also ordered a calzone which wasn’t good at all. We didn’t even have half of it. The cheese wasn’t good, the eggplant wasn’t good the ham wasn’t good. Not even the crust was good. The service was OK. And the ambience was neutral.

Another Groupon deal I purchased and went in for lunch on Easter Friday. Food portions were good, the starters were as big as the main course. I was already half way full before the main course was served. I thought the food tastes good, not mind blowing awesome but it was decent for the deal I purchased. There were only two staffs present, and it was a full house diner. I’d give them a thumbs up for managing the floor in an organize manner. Our orders came on time, and meals were served hot. Starters go anything from £5 — £13, and the mains from £8 — £15.

Food was cold and mediocre. Sizeable portions but not very good quality. Slow service and our waiter was rude regarding our check.

Mixed feelings about this place. The starters were really good and the calzone was pretty bad, not inedible, but not enjoyable. The ravioli main however was quite good by contrast! There was just too much eggplant and it wasn’t cooked right to begin with. The service was alright. The ambiance quite neutral. I’d only come here again of left without much choice in China town.

If you go before lunch, I believe before 5 everything is half price. We had pizza, which was made in a wood burning oven and tasted like it was made in a pizzeria in Italy. We also had the veal which was tender and delicious. The lunch prices were much more reasonable but it worth checking out with you want some authentic tasting pizza.

We came here in a group of 10 people which can be challenging for a new waiter… and it showed. Near the end, we had a waitress come and apologize for the poor service and things turned for the better. As for the food… Focaccia Dello Chef was delicious. Caprese di Bufala was pleasant. Calimari — same as anywhere else you can imagine. Decent, not great. Bruschetta — see calimari Scialatiello alle Vongole was exceptional. The pasta was fresh and the seafood paired perfectly. I can eat this over and over again. I basically ordered the chef special which had shrimp, clams, mussels and prawns. Loved this dish.

Pistachio encrusted honey filet and the chicken parmigiana with sun dried tomatoes — the food and service was excellent, a total surprise in this tourist central location.

We came here on a whim as we needed dinner before the Les Miserables show at the Queens Theatre across the street. Seeing the special outside, any pizza and a glass of house wine or their Italian beer for about £13, we decided to give it a try. We were certainly not disappointed. The atmosphere is intimate but modern. The pizza was huge and delicious, thin crust and great sauce. The staff was fast and friendly. We only tried the pizza, but the food people were ordering beside us looked delicious as well. I would not hesitate to give this place a try.
