I went to Rainforest Creations stall at Lyric Square Market in Hammersmith on Thursday. They are there from 10am-3pm. It was one of my goals to try Rainforest Creations during my visit to London and they did not disappoint. I bought two boxes and two wraps and everything was delicious. Everything was whole food plants based and a great balance for all the not so healthy food I been eating.

The Rainbow box is delicious! But the best thing is the gluten/dairy/sugar free cakes! I am absolutely addicted. I keep them in the freezer so they make a really nice cold desert during the summer.

As we were heading toward Spitalfields, my friend was telling me of an amazing Caribbean place where her and her friend ate amazing wraps each Sunday. Supposedly, this was the only healthy food the friend would eat. Says a lot, right? We rounded the corner and I spotted *beetroot* and *carob & ginger* cubes! My taste buds are salivating and I’m looking around noticing all the brightly colored food. I may have been bouncing with foodcitement. My friend dryly said«this is it». I was only in a snacking mood, so I ordered their raw food sweets. They were £1 each and I tried the carob & ginger and beetroot with dates, almond, and fennel. The beetroot cube was the revelation. It actually made a worker behind the next counter stop and ask me what it was. The carob & ginger was good, but since I’m a ginger fanatic, I was hoping for more. It lacked the sweet or spicy bite I yearn for. Regardless, this is a must go to destination. I hope to go next Sunday with an appetite for a roti wrap or rainforest box. Yum!

I accidentally stumbled upon this stall on Thursday in Hammersmith. The food looked so beautiful and I was delighted to find out it was all vegan. I wanted to eat everything but finally settled on the Caribbean Roti, not only did it taste delicious(I was talking about it for the rest of the day) but it also made me feel really happy.

Really nice, clean tasting food — the kind that makes you feel so much better after you eat it. My friend and I walked past all of the food stalls at Spitalfields SEVERAL times, just to consider all of our options, and we had to go with Rainforest in the end. Bright, colourful, fresh and healthy — quality stuff right here. To continue the clean-healthy-fresh kick, there’s a guy selling fresh squeezed juice a couple stalls down. Grab something nice to complete your lunch!

Raw food heaven! Rainforest Creations is a stand in Spitalfields Market on the weekend. It’s unbelievably delicious and fresh. And for only 5 pounds, you can get the rainforest box of goodies including caribbean flan, quinoa, wild rice, mungbeans, lentils, chickpeas, avocado, kale and more. I left feeling full, happy, and full of energy. It’s definitely worth the trip to Spitalfields!

After weeks of searching for healthy, fresh vegetarian dishes at Spitalfields Market, I finally discovered Rainforest Creations. While it only occupies a stand at the market on Sundays, it is worth visiting and possibly buying an extra box for lunch tomorrow. All of the freshly made salads can be filled into the large take-away boxes for only 5 pounds. It’s a great deal for food that will make you feel great. What a perfect way to start the week. Make sure to visit this stand between bargain shopping on Sundays at Spitalfields.

The Caribbean Roti Wrap has to be one of the tastiest things I have ever erm. tasted. Basically it’s a Wholewheat CornSplit Lentil Roti spread with Sprouted Hummus, Salads & Dressing on the top. And only £5. It’s made with raw, organic and living foods and it’s truly amazing how one can really taste the difference in quality using these ingredients. The freshness makes my body sing. I’m being a bit dramatic here but they really make delicious food. The salad box is gorgeous with ingredients like quinoa, wild rice and avocado. Cakes are wheat, sugar and egg free. Rainforest sell at other markets as well: Wednesdays at Swiss Cottage Market & Old Spitalfields Market Thursdays at Hammersmith Lyric Square Saturdays at Chelsea Market Sundays at Alexandra Palace Farmers Market & Old Spitalfields
