I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I felt terribly unwelcome with a serving guy and a few of his friends laughing all over for some reason at the same time as he was talking with me. The most important part of the business is how is the customer treated and Aaki would fail any exam on that.

We grabbed some takeout to hit a friend’s Japanese sushi cravings. Alas it is not the most appealing looking Japanese takeaway though. Whilst you wait for your food you become acutely aware of the flashing neon lights’ glare, and the bugs being zapped by the electric zapper suspended from the ceiling, and then you spot the zapped deceased flies on the floor. Still it seemed mostly clean and I’m hoping these guys just flew in from the front door.
After the wait I didn’t have great hopes for the sushi but it wasn’t bad. It hit the spot, and top marks to the avocado and egg maki. You were deliciously creamy and didn’t last long. We kept it pretty simple with maki, crispy salmon skin inside out rolls and vegetarian nigiri. Overall not exceptional but good enough to make us happy full eaters. 15% discount because we ordered and picked up in person. Yay

Awful. I ordered vegetarian gyoza and was given chicken gyoza, TWICE. Will never order from them again and suggest other vegetarians avoid too.

Situated in the empire Chinese restaurant. Thought I would get it a try. Amazing food and the young lady serving was extremely nice!!! If you love sushi Its a must to try. will defiantly be visiting often. Special offers and discount if you spend a certain amount Enjoy
