The food was adequate at best, and this was let down by the poor customer service. Having called the restaurant owner twice to confirm reservations a week in advance for a work outing, upon arrival we were expected to leave within 2 hours. By the end of the evening the staff attempted to charge us for 3 extra people. After much dispute the waitress charged us with the correct price however this did not compensate for the distress caused to us and this ruined what would have been a fantastic evening. This is by far the worst customers service I have ever experienced. I would advise you not to eat here with a large party as the staff here are numerically challenged. The new trainee barman however was very pleasant, hopefully he will not follow in his colleagues footsteps. The website clearly stated an early bird offer and discount on groups of over 7, none of these offers were applied to us. It is safe to say we will not be returning here.

This restaurant serves food buffet style. The range of food on offer consists of various cuisine, including: English, Italian, Indian, Chinese and Japanese. At £12.99 a head, it’s a little pricey, especially if you have a small appetite. But the food was pretty decent. The variety of desserts are tempting too. I had the waffles with ice-cream, bananas and mixed berry compote. Yummy.
