I feel this store is just what norwich needed. The parking is ideally situated underground the chapelfield complex. Plenty of selection and the shop always looks so effortlessly chic. From Coast to Ted Baker there is plenty of range. The cosmetics counters in store are inviting and the staff impeccable.

Excellant shop with good variety of clothes and accessories especially ball gowns for dinner dances. Big store on more than one floor.

Not a big shopper, but House of Fraser is ok. Excellent for buying ladies clothes due to the number of concessions there, but not so good for kids clothes. The café downstairs is nice(CaffeNero), but the café upstairs is disorganised and trying to be more than it is.

Easily my favorite place to shop, provided I’ve got enough in my bank account to handle the expedition. Every department houses objects you suddenly need to own. Its huge as well, perfect for a wander for an hour or so. Staff are sometimes a bit useless, but if you’re looking for some genuinely beautiful things to have in your life, this is the place to go. The home ware department on the third floor is out of this world.

Conveniently located in Chapelfield, House of Fraser has filled the need for a higher-end department store. I mainly use to the make-up counters, Benefit being my favourite. The staff know their products well and are always happy to give you demonstrations and test the products on you. I was disappointed with the Dior counter they have a good range, but I did feel as if I was inconveniencing the sales women by coming to her counter. It wasn’t a great moment for customer service. If the shopping gets too much for you there is even a handy Café Nero on the ground floor.
