Frankie & Benny’s

Service and staff are good. Food is standard F&B fare. Not the healthiest of places to eat but the desserts are good. Give it a try if you’re into American style food.

We rarely have a great experience at Frankie & Benny’s but still come back as the menu sounds good. So we gave them another chance. Perhaps we should have noted the couple next to us that had waited 15 minutes for service, complained and then walked out. 4 out of 5 starters were brought out together but 1 of us was kept waiting for his starter. They completely forgot about my main course but then pretended they hadn’t. To give them credit, we got completely free drinks (worth £25) but that doesn’t excuse poor customer service. The food was OK but not great. My fishcakes were nice but they were huge and 2 were too much. One fishcake at a cheaper price would be preferred. Not sure I’d ever go to a F&B again.

Am here now, for the second time. Wejust finished an English breakfast and pizza. Delicious! Great prices and so so friendly staff. Everything from music to comfort to food is great!

Nachem wir einige Tage zuvor schon in einem F&B lecker gegessen haben, wurden hier unsere daraufhin hohen Erwartungen wieder bestätigt: Sehr sauberes Restaurant (u.a. erkennbar an den nicht fett verschmierten Menükarten und den sauberen Toiletten) mit toller Einrichtung im American Style und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter.

While Ive been to other resteraunts in this chain, the last time I came to this branch we had a terrible time.
Three of us ordered food, which all came out at different times, which left us sat there with food going cold waiting. I wouldnt have had as much of a problem if the staff had warned us that the food would be coming seperately, but it took a full 10 minutes after the first persons food was served for the last person to get theirs — which was a ceaser salad and would have surely taken less time to cook. To add insult to injury two of our orders came out wrong, with the most notable error being that the staff member having not marked down that we wanted chicken in the ceaser salad — which meant that person was left with a bowl of salad leaves with dressing and 4 croutons.
When we complained we felt completely ignored, and were not offered any kind of compensation and were told the only option we had was to wait for the chicken which would take 15 – 20 minutes.
We will not be returning to this branch.

Been here once on a very cold, very icy day. The warmth alone was probably enough for me to give it 5 stars! The food is your typical Italian American fare, burgers, pizza’s, etc.
They have an open kitchen, which is always nice, as you can see the food being prepared and cooked and can see how clean the kitchen is etc.
The service was prompt and the food good, very big portions, bit pricey though if you ask me for what it is.
I’ve been to other Frankie and Benny’s and it has to be said it’s always been fine, I quite like the music they play and I do know they sing happy birthday to those that ask, making it a good place for parties etc.

i love this place, you can see into the kitchen aswell which is a bonus. I love the music they play and the staff always smile even when really busy.
the food was great, it is a bit expensive but it is nice as a treat.
I always leave a tip at this place.

A great restaurant specialising in home style cooking ‘just like Mamma used to make it’. This is a great place to take the entire family and represents excellent value for money in a fun atmosphere.
The bar also serves a wide range of beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks with a smile. The waiters are hilarious!
