I was excited to come eat at this joint due to being by the water and dock area, but once doing so my expectations came down. My grandmother ordered minestrone soup and she didn’t like it, the texture of the soup was not much of one. It didn’t have the liquidity part of what makes the soup. Then our waters were taking forever to arrive. I ordered bread and that took a while to arrive, it got there after my salad. Greek salad was what I ordered and it looked divine. Big plate full of greens, tomatoes, red and green peppers, feta cheese, and olives. As I almost finished my plate I found a bug in it and that took all my happiness. I had the waiter take it back, with no sorry or nothing. I was a bit bothered of how unapologetic he was. Either way I wasn’t very pleased and if I do come back to visit this will not be the place to go eat.

Amazing crab-stuffed lobster! Huge portions and we savored every bite of our entrees. We had very attentive service and enjoyed the laid back dockside atmosphere. The house cocktails weren’t very exciting compared to other places we found on the island. All around, a great place to dine in Frenchtown.

Had seafood here and I must say after trying many seafood restaurants on St. Thomas few compare. I had the lobster and my boyfriend had the snapper. I’m sorry to say I wanted to keep his plate. Although the lobster was lovely the salmon was to die for. Hope to return soon. Don’t miss out on this quaint little place.

Cute little spot in Frenchtown with better food than I expected. Though the service was very slow, that seems to be the case everywhere in the VI. I was tempted by the paella but ended up ordering Mahi Mahi instead and enjoyed it. I thought it was a bit overpriced based on the food and atmosphere.

We came one day and they had just closed for lunch break. So we decided to come back the next day. We were just coming to get a drink and drinks turned into food. We got the lobster bruschetta which was amazing had a great amount of lobster on each on the bread was soft and not to hard. We then had a double order of scallops with the raspberry sauce. When I say those were the best scallops I had … Spectacular! They were so fresh. On top of that Cody the bartender was great. Will definitely come back next time on the island. Plus there was an amazing sea breeze at night with a full moon !!!

Hook Line and Sinker is one of the better spots we ate at while staying in St. Thomas, though it takes a little searching to actually find the spot. When we put in the address the GPS took us to Oceana, but we just asked someone walking on the road to direct us and two minutes later we were at the restaurant. The food is kind of average, but I did enjoy the stuffed yellow tail and the duck was done nicely. A little pricey considering the quality of the food, but every restaurant around here is expensive. The server was very friendly and for the most part service was quick. Food took a little while to come out, but again you need to keep in mind you’re on an island and everything is a little bit slower. Enjoy the awesome ocean breeze and the view and your food will be out in no time.

We went to this nice restaurant in Frenchtown area. Be aware dinner is served after 6 pm. Very kindly staff. I was looking for goat meet but no goat today. I got a Ribeye steak kings cut. The biggest steak ever in my life, 26 $. It was okay. My wife got cheesecake. Sadly not homemade. The food was nothing specially. But the friendly staff and the surroundings is a plus.

We spent the morning fishing in St. Thomas. We took two yellow snappers to this place for them to cook the fish(the fish was filleted by our fishing guide so the restaurant just had to cook it). The service was slow and poor. When we got our bill, they charged $ 20PERPERSON to cook the fish. There were 6 of us so it was $ 120 to cook two small fish. I don’t understand the logic since the snapper on their menu is $ 16– why would you charge somebody MORE for bringing in their own fish? Conch fritters had no conch in them. The drinks were fine. The owner was rude when we asked about our bill. Don’t go to this place– they rip off people that are visiting.

A little too pricey, medium serving size, some dishes are better than others. The seasoned rice, though, was the bomb!

Stopped in for lunch after a Hassel Island tour. We have been coming to St Thomas for several years now and have read about it but never had the chance to eat there. A great little casual island get away. My wife had the large lobster. It was very good and you couldn’t beat the price. I had one of their grilled chicken sandwiches(they have several variations on this) and it too was very good. The service was top notch and we really appreciated the help getting a cab after lunch. Great place foe a layer back island meal.

This restaurant in Frenchtown has pretty good views of Cay Bay. It is located near the docks(past McDonald’s). Parking can be tough to find in this area. This place is absolutely amazing. Great views, delicious food, and relatively inexpensive drinks and entrees compared to the other restaurants in this area, that offer a similar view. My family and I came here before leaving for the airport. We started off with Conch Fritters(you always have to get conch if you are in the USVIs!) — delicious. For entrees we had the Deep Fried Shrimp, Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich, and the Snapper Creole. Everything was delicious!!! I would definitely recommend you check this place out whether you area getting off of a cruise or staying on the island more long-term.

Incredible food and service. We had the snapper encrusted snapper and market lobster. The snapper was very good, the lobster was out of this world. We had our 3 ½ year old who was doted on by the staff. She wanted ice cream but all they had was cake. Our server sold it and we had a happy camper. Ambience was fun but sophisticated, not a beach bar but a warm and great feeling restaurant on the water. BTW — the bar tender is a DIEHARD Seahawks fan which made us that much more fun!

Excellent food, excellent service and staff! We had NO complaints at all. The two evenings and one afternoon we visited(clearly we couldn’t get enough) out of the short time we spent on the island, were great. We highly recommend this restaurant!

I ordered mussel, two of them are DEAD, with lot of sand inside. The snow crab is NOT fresh at all! Very disappointed.

Spent a lot of time here last winter on vacation and was always happy with the service and food. The price is about the best value in town. Food always good, service always friendly and atmosphere always casual. I had the chicken with provolone cheese on brioche roll sandwich and it really hit the spot. Nothing fancy, but it was good and went well with a cold beer. I’ll be back a few more times to be sure.

We came with high expectations, because of the reviews, also because that it’s expensive. Service was slow — we waited like 30 mins to get our food. More importantly, the food couldn’t reach our expectation at all. I ordered shrimp and scallops, which were $ 27 and came in a small amount, overlooked. The dish just looked cheap and tasted cheap(check the picture I uploaded). Avoid this place!!!

Okay so we went back for dinner last night and WOW were we impressed. Okay no white tablecloths, no cloth napkins either, just great food at a decent price. I had the sesame ahi quickly seared with rice and a nice side sauce of mango wasabi. My wife had the stuffed yellow snapper with mashed potatoes and fresh veggies. You will not find a better meal on this island and to top that it was reasonably priced. We added a bottle of wine, a Caesar salad and a piece of chocolate cake afterwards. We are with friends so don’t think we pigged out on all this alone. You could easily share the salad and share an entrée and be full. The portions are fantastic. This is going to be one of our regular stops out each week.
