This is located at a food court near my school. Passing by, I thought the shop looked very inviting. There are a lot of vegetables on display at the storefront in a very aesthetic pleasing manner. They don’t start serving food until 11:30 A.M. for lunch, so we had to wait a few minutes. They were very willing to take our orders though. I got the vegetarian sandwich. There was only one vegetarian option available, which was a little disappointing considering its display of greens and veggies. I thought the sandwich was amazing. The bread was so soft and flavorful. The halloumi cheese tasted like pizza without all the guilt. The eggs were made perfectly as if they came right off a New York City bagel cart/stand. The use of cherry tomatoes instead of sliced tomatoes added a very distinct appeal. I cannot recommend this sandwich enough. The restaurant in general is a little pricey. The vegetarian sandwich was actually the cheapest option at around 9AUD. They have a lot of outdoor seating, which is perfect on a beautiful day.

Had a nice breakfast with outdoor seating here recently. They had a nice light and somewhat healthy variety of choices. I had a breakfast sandwich with ham and egg while the girlfriend tried these almond hotcake balls of dough with a raw chia berry jam on them that seemed good. They pour a nice flat white here also.
