I don’t know if it was because it was a busy night, but I have never seen service so slow. It took at least 20 minutes for a server to even get our drink orders and another 20 minutes for her to come back with 4 waters… The food took about an hour and is really over priced. The pizzas were decent, but the«salade de mer»(seafood salad) was just a few pieces of lettuce with a can of tuna dumped on it… Maybe a better place to go to for a few drinks, but definitely not a good restaurant to dine-in.

The food was pretty good but the service was lousy. We asked for water which never came. We asked for a coffee which never came. We asked for Tabasco and they brought ketchup. We just flew in from Paris and didn’t experience a lack of service like we did here. I would recommend somewhere else. The prices are rather high as well. Give your business to someone else.

Recently, I stopped by with a friend to have a cup of coffee. We each had 1 coffee; we paid; and then my friend left. I ordered another cup of coffee. I tried to pay using my credit card for the $ 6 Americano. They told me cash only. I said no problem I would go get cash when I finished. After I finished, I went inside(was sitting on patio), to let them know I would be right back. The manager sneered at me and told me to leave my stuff. I had a $ 500 bag, iphone, cosmetics, and beachwear. I was shocked considering they were ordering me to leave behind my belongings after I already paid for 2 coffees. They do not treat people well there. There are many other wonderful cafés and restaurants in Nice. There is no need to support an establishment that treats it’s patrons like dirt.

Convenient because it was next to our hotel. The prices are reasonable as well, don’t expect to be eating at a high end restaurant. If you want a simple pizza and a beer this is a good joint to have that. If you are looking for finer dining pass. The service is also decent as well.

There was only two beers on tap. The beers were very expensive and tasted flat. The pizza(the sicilienne) was disgusting. I like the atmosphere, but the customer service, food, and beer are terrible.

Endroit sympa à première vue mais le personnel n’est pas suffisant, beaucoup d’attente même hors saison. Dommage, car il est bien situé.

I had the worst customer service experience in France ever here… and the guy was British, not French! He was so absurdly rude to me and my sister. We misunderstood his initial French phrase, and after that, he was just awful! Also, the food is expensive for what you get. 4 euros for an orange juice? I just want to put this out there so other foreigners who visit Nice can avoid this place. No need to ruin one’s vacation by dealing with such poor service. I don’t know his name and I don’t know his position(if he was the manager or not), but he is old(about 60 – 65) and terribly grumpy. Also, there’s way too many restaurants with better service nearby, just walk away from the beach towards Place Massena or towards the Vieille Ville.

You’re my Queen… and I’m your King… we are heroes, just for one day ! Ohhhh, we are heroes, just for one day…
