So it’s after 8:45 on a Saturday evening. Apparently eating anything other than bistro food is forbidden? I didn’t get the memo. Anyway, flyer walking into ½ dozen busy restaurants and being turned away for one reason or the other, um, beside the fact that we were American, it was now getting later. We entered this spot and the robust female owner thrust her thick finger in the direction of an empty table pointed to a table so we sat knowing full well that this was apparently the last resort. Yikes. Beyond slow service. Zero English spoken or even attempted. We were like sacred school children afraid to order. We decided on the prix fix 3 course meals: delicious salad, angle hair w cheese, & friends had the steak and the mussels. Decent white wine and cider choices. Ok dessert as it just came with. Despite the less than curt service, the food was OK and we left w full tummies. But, if you can secure another spot on the strip I HIGHLY suggest that you do. Reservations for Saturday evenings around here are encouraged.

Small French restaurant. In little sideroad close to harbor. Fair food. Nothing special. Good for fair price.
