Good food, nice ambiance, great service. The hummus appetizer was tasty but the portion was minuscule. For the main course i ordered the Vegetarian burger — it was very different from the regular«boca» burgers that are typically served and was full of flavor. I asked the server for a dessert recommendation and she brought out the Roulade — it was delicious. Will definitely be back the next time i visit Limerick

Delicious! We were looking for a late night meal near our hotel. My husband had the Pan Yang Chicken, and I opted for the Seafood Linguini. Both were delicious. I just wish we had room for dessert.

We had a lovely dinner here while staying in Limerick. The restaurant was near our hotel which was convenient. The menu is incredibly diverse and we enjoyed everything we had! I went with a pasta, my husband the paella and we had bruchetta to start. Our amazing server even talked us into a new dessert!

The food is subpar compared to the great eats you can find in Limerick and elsewhere. And the wait staff is rude. Our server was distracted while taking our orders and was unable to answer questions about the menu or make recommendations. She got multiple parts of a 4 course order wrong. The beat and goat cheese salad was devoid of lettuce. The fish was dry and overcooked. The meal was the one black mark on an otherwise lovely week in Ireland(where the people were overwhelmingly friendly and the food quite good). Don’t waste your money here.

My sister was raving about the goats cheese on bruschetta with the carmelised onions for ages, so when we sat down to the lunch menu, we were devastated to find it wasn’t there. No problem, sez the kind waiting staff, we have asked the chef and you SHALL have the goats cheese! It was everything my sister had said and more. I was a bit disappointed by the carbonara I had for my main, but I think carbonara might be like sausages in that the idea of it is more exciting than the reality. Great spot, loved it.

I have been traveling around of the UK and Ireland for almost 2 weeks. Display showed up on Unilocal and was well worth the stop. We have the ribs, the bruschetta, and theand goat cheese Cristini, Plus the soup of the day. Well worth it.

Sit downstairs! Much bigger space and much busier. Great menu selections. Lots of gluten free options. Duck salad is delicious, esp with the Chardonnay. Good three and four course menu values

This was the first place my daughter and I ate on our trip to Ireland. The earliest reservation we could get was 7:30PM, because it was Mothers’ Day in Ireland and everyone was taking their mums out for a nice dinner. The food was good, particularly the spicy Asian beef salad. The ambiance was upscale and hip. Dark woods and low lighting. Service on this busy night was slow, but friendly.

Mom and I went to Chocolat on the recommendation of a travel guide. We waited about 5 minutes for a seat. It was crowded because it was Mother’s Day. The dining area is bigger than you expect when you enter because most of their seating is located downstairs. The décor is BEAUTIFUL. Neat glimmering pieces on the wall. Lights are set low. Interesting wall papered ceilings. We waited a bit to have our drink orders taken. I was tired, so I opted just for water and mom got a yummy glass of wine. Mom got a spicy asian beef salad that had been marinated in god-knows-what deliciousness. It was by far the tastiest part of the meal. I got the yan pang chicken which had a nice sauce(although I wished I had more of the sauce). The side of veggies was underwhelming. For her main dish, mom got the chicken satay which was excellent. Since mom had gotten the prix-fixe menu, we split the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. It was sensational! I would go back to Chocolat just to experience that dessert again. The only down side was lack-luster service. We sat for quite some time with empty plates before having them taken away, and then even longer to get our check.

Great food, great times and low prices are to be had here. You can expect to wait 15 minutes for a table; they’re busy. You can expect to see a menu that will have you performing a double-take to make sure you’re reading it correctly; they’re that cheap. You can expect to come back; they’re that good. For around 10 – 15 Euro a person at lunch, you will get a great atmosphere with modern accents and classy vibe and really, REALLY great food. Yumm.

I went here after being told about this place from colleagues. I went in, ordered 3 courses and have an espresso afterwards. Started with BBQ Ribs which were cooked to perfection, Aromatic Duck Salad for main, this is something i’ve never had before as a main, normally from the Chinese as a starter and it was beautiful. Finished with a white chocolate cheesecake, i could of ate 10 of these they were that nice! After all this, i went to pay, i had € 50 in my hand thinking i wouldn’t be far out, I couldn’t believe it when she said under € 20! I checked the bill to make sure she had the right one! Great value, lovely food, fantastic service! What more could you want?

The food was reallyyyy good here. We ordered the pork loin with singapore noodles as a side and the chickpea wrap with chips and salad. For desert we had the snickers belgian chocolate mousse. Everything was wonderful, especially the dessert! If you get the singapore noodles, they are a bit spicy, but mixing the sauce of the pork loin with it makes it so much better. The portions are perfect and it isn’t too expensive. Lunch is served until 5 and had a limited menu, but the prices are better.
