Didn’t know what to really expect from this little place with only a few people seated at 8:30 in the evening next to the mall. The staff was friendly, service was quick but not rushed. The food was excellent! Had the Pollo Pasta and fresh garlic bread. I was stuffed! If you’re in the area don’t waste your time fighting the crowds at Eddie Rocket or Nando’s(I’ve been to both since I’ve been here) and give Dante a try!

I LOVE Dantes. All of the food is freshly cooked with pure ingredients, no junk here! A delicious menu of, I suppose, Irish Italian food at affordable prices in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. For adults, they offer a set 2-course menu for 12.50 or you can choose from an extensive a la carte menu. My particular favourite is the spicy chicken pasta with pine nuts(though the pine nuts have been missing on the last few occasions I’ve visited, slight thumbs down) but honestly you could choose anything from the menu and be far from disappointed. They also have an offer for a cinema ticket and meal Monday thru Thursday though you might want to check it’s exact details at your local venue. For kids there are crayons and plenty of paper to keep them busy and a 3-course for 8.95, main, drink & desert — okay a little pricier than some other establishments but I think it’s worth it because the food is good and wholesome. The staff are fantastic too. Relaxed and attentive without being in the way and don’t put you under pressure to have another drink once you’re finished but leave you to sit back to digest and finish your chat. I recommend Dantes very easily to anyone that will listen because it’s just a great eatery! It is part of the Leisureplex group and TGI’s. Based in Blanchardstown Shopping centre and Dundrum Shopping Centre — voted best restaurant in both Shopping Centres for 2011.
