I always find myself here for the red velvet cupcakes! They are my absolute favorite, I have never had a complaint about them! Everything else is okay– I sometimes find the cupcakes a little too dry. They often have feature flavors these are hit or miss but at least they try to keep things interesting!
I find this place a little too pricey for what they offer.
The service here is mediocre– you just place your order and leave. For the amount of times I go there, I would at least expect smile– am I asking for too much?
Unless they discontinue the red velvet cupcakes, I will be a repeat customer!

This place is heaven. Very cute and had a pretty good selection. They offer many different flavors and the cupcakes aren’t ridiculous sweet like something you’d find at a grocery store. I wanted them all but I settled for the re cupcake with cream cheese frosting and My favorite is anything with their cream cheese frosting.

I’m always happy with the cupcakes here. The most recent indulgence was chocolate and it was very good, obviously made with quality ingredients.

Pretty good turnover here at a busy mall, so you know it is fresh.
Added bonus here is they have a small retail section on the left, from aprons to T shirts, even chapstick; Dont see the correlation.
My only beef is their display case is a lot lower than Denman, so customers are going to talking over your Cupcakes.
This one doesn’t deliver daily like the DT one.

My wife decided to try this place today. We tried a coconut one and it was dry and did not have exceptional taste as would be expected for the price. Never again!

If you get a Groupon of their minis for $ 7, its worth it. It you don’t, its not. The cakes are rather dry, but they’re so darn cute! As for the flavours, STAY AWAY from the chocolate ones. They taste horrible and are incredibly cakey/​dry. The lemon drop, haiwwain, and kookoo are pretty good though. Artificial tasting yes, but still strangely tasty.

I am not a fan of the cupcakes chain in general as the quality over the years has been questionable. My friends love cupcakes (even though I bake far better ones myself) so I go with them. I will admit that esthetically it makes that area of the mall more appealing. During the holidays they had some really fun designs, however, the price and the quality are too low for me. I have better luck to just get a better tasted cupcake at an actual bakery, the mall has at least 4 of them. The customer service is terrible. They always screw up our order.
