I come here for facial every other week, it almost a «must to do thing» on my weekend. Be honest, I’m not a friend of owner nor any esthetician. This is my 3rd update review for Green Feel Spa coz they just carried high end product — Ingrid Millet in shop! I had tried so many different products facial such as Maria Galland, Ella Bache, Swissline, Décor and etc. So… gave them another review for Ingrid Millet facial. I bought the promotion facial which included 1.5 hrs massage and product treatment. The Ingrid Millet staffs were on site and did the analysis for my skin then recommend the products for facial. Green Feel Spa staffs were trained and educated for products and facial skill by Ingrid Millet. I had aromasenstive hydro-repairing facial and it made my skin fully moisturized and infiltrated. The key part was hot stone and magic hand skill to make the entire facial so enjoyable and relax. My skin was so refresh and growth in radiance. As a mid-age woman, the secret to keep young looking with good skin is exercise, eat heathy and do facial with good products regularly.

The reason I go to a spa is to relax and forget about all my worries. You can’t do that at this spa on Kingsway! They’re too busy using high-pressure sales tactics to get you to buy product while you’re getting your massage! I tried this place twice, once in 2007, again in 2010, both times after life situations changed and the RMT I’d been going to regularly was no longer available. The massages themselves weren’t too bad, considering the girls were not RMT’s. But in both cases, they tried to get me to buy«extra good aromatherapy essential oils» to add to the oil they were using. The first time, I just politely said no. The second time, when I asked for more details, it sounded like I could just pay a bit extra and get a few drops added. Then when I was done my massage, she told me I’d bought the whole bottle, for a cost of $ 30! I politely argued and refused to pay. It was a bit tense at first, but she backed off. Yeah, like I go pay for a massage(close to RMT rates, too, but NOT an RMT) so I can argue afterwards. NOT! Had a similar problem the first time I went, regarding payment. They told me there was a special on — but after my massage they tried to tell me the special was only if I pre-paid for 10 massages! Again, I wouldn’t back down, and I paid what I thought I was supposed to pay. I thought I’d give them another chance three years later, but, as described above, they hadn’t changed. There’s nothing worse than going for a relaxing massage and having someone try to «upsell» you. BAD business practice — this ain’t used cars they’re selling. I will NOT be going back there … Quite frankly, having read the other reviews, and based on my own experience, I don’t know how this place stays in business…
