I am so happy to have found an ethical, honest and truly helpful company!
I purchase and had installed a furnace from Enmax «EasyMax Home Services» Supposedly top of the line, cost me a fortune kind of furnace. Only 3 years later, it stopped working and Enmax is no longer servicing any of the furnaces they sold and installed. They told me to go to York (the maker of the furnace) and after much ado, I ended up being called by Distinct Heating & Cooling.
Unfortunately, it was a long day dealing with this broken new furnace and I wasn’t the friendliest person the poor guy ever talked to I’m sure, but he was wonderful!
They sent Greg that very afternoon who completed a 30-​point inspection, fixed some things that Enmax (EasyMax) did wrong and recommended a few other things to me. I am so grateful that, even though I must have been difficult in the beginning — they were fast, efficient, reasonable, and friendly.
I’m now set up for their annual maintenance program and I am very happy to be under their care! I know they will not sell me stuff I don’t need, or charge me more than what is ethical and reasonable. I will recommend them to everyone needing a furnace or furnace repairs!
