I saw Benji. He gave a wonderful head massage during my hair wash! Huge bonus. I showed him a few pictures and although initially I was a little sad as he did not do as much of a change I was hoping for I did recognize he gave a much better cut. After a few days however I realized how much I had underestimated the Inital cut. It is much easier to style and looks much better. He didn’t even seem to do a whole lot but it’s obviously a much nicer cut. I am very happy and will be back!
P.s I am an extremely picky lady with my hair!

By far, the best salon in the city. I’ve had my hair done by numerous stylists here and I’ve never left disappointed. Wendy (the owner) is pretty much the nicest person on the planet and she definitely knows what she’s doing. I’ve tried other salons in the past and I have never been happier than when I go to Influence. I’ve made many hair changes over the years and I wouldn’t trust my hair, now, to anyone other than the guys and girls who work here. I had my hair done for my wedding a few years ago and LOVED it. Still, probably my favourite hairstyle that I’ve ever had. I also chopped my looooong hair off into an (eventual) faux hawk earlier this year and Kelli was amazing. I SO look forward to my hair appointments :) Worth every penny!

Katrina was my stylist, very friendly, I was asked if I wanted a drink which I appreciated! She discussed with me my hair and what she thought would work I liked my cut and style, I just want a more messy sexier style next time! I will definitely go back!

I got the chance to check this salon out recently with a friend. We went in for some much needed TLC on our locks. When I arrived I was very warmly greeted and given a tour of the 2 level 17th Ave SW location.
My appointment was with Delaine. She was awesome. I had no fears in leaving the decisions to her and I’m glad I did! I had no idea what I was looking for but somehow she gave me exactly what I wanted
I’ll be back for more hair love sooner than later!

Great salon, you get what you pay for with skilled trades such as hairdressing and this place holds up it’s end of the bargain. Since my first time coming here I haven’t gone anywhere else. My stylist is Jamie and she is awesome. I have been helped by others there as well and always have a great experience.

My hair is now as wafty as Nacho’s! I got my hair done by the awesome and talented Courtney, while Influence was at the Calgary Woman’s Show raising money for charity. Hey, why not get pretty for a cause? She paid attention to what I wanted; just a freshening up of my November cut and trimmed my bangs (since I normally do that myself and am not the best at it!). Then, she gave me what she referred to as «Porn Star Curls» and insisted I go out later tonight. Well, if you insist. Definitely going to visit them again in the future!

The best salon in Calgary by far!
Some would consider it pricey to others — but you get what you pay for girls! If you want to be pampered, with an amazing cut, colour and products, go to Influence! I have been going there for over 5 years, and will not let another stylist touch my hair. Lorraine and Bev are both fabulous!

This salon is great. It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it.
I have always got great service here, loved the results everytime and I love the hand massages you get during the appointment.
