I look so bad right now I do not want to go out of my house. My stylist was sweet and nice but new and I wanted ombré blond hair and I have the first half of my head dark red and the rest bright blond. I have an appointment to have it fixed but I don’t think I want to come back to the Head Shoppe for fear of it getting worse. It was the first time I ever left a hair appointment devastated and in tears. I do not want to go to work tomorrow. I think your more experienced staff could’ve helped her out and given her more advise on how to achieve what I was looking for. NOT TO MENTION IT COST ME $ 252.00 to leave there sick to my stomach and looking like a freak.

Been going to see Alan for years now. Great cuts, fair price, nice salon with upbeat yet relaxed environment. They have a great selection of product but never push you to purchase. All the little touches they do make a really good experience every time.
