This Sobeys has a nice natural foods department, not necessarily the grandest but it does the trick. They carry a good selection of vegan products. My husband and I mostly go in because we’ve learned they usually have at least one really fantasticly awesome deal on a veggie product we buy frequently. This week we found our Yves veggie ground round for nearly half price. Obviously this isn’t specific to this Sobeys but this happened to be where I was. The customer service is normally pretty good.

Honestly? I don’t get excited about most grocery stores. It has food, I eat food. It’s a win win. Location in convenient, and every time I have been there I have selected my items, purchased and out the door in quick order. What else is there?

I was glad when this location opened, it’s right on on one of my routes home from work so convenient for those quick pick ups. During the week right after work it’s pretty quiet here.
Did go on a Saturday one and it was pretty busy, unfortunately they had only half the checkouts open so people were lined up pretty deep.
It’s a smaller store, layout is pretty straight forward and service is hit or miss depending upon who is working and when you go.

I frequent this Sobeys because it’s within walking distance and has my «emergency» needs and wants. Although the fruit and vegetables could have a bigger variety it has a nice selection of meats, frozen foods, cupboard items, and bakery goodies

I’m not a huge fan of Sobeys, I’m more of a Superstore guy. But I had the chance to stop by here today and I thought I’d toss up a review.
They seem to have a fairly good selection of most things (though the fruits and vegetable section seemed surprisingly small) but I wasn’t necessarily a huge fan of the layout.
Prices — well, that’s why I go to Superstore. Most everything I checked on would be cheaper to buy there. However, I did find a few products I hadn’t seen before so I’ll give them a try.
