Fantastic !! Loved the inside of the restaurant, very industrial looking huge open raw space fantastic. And the play area and seating for kids at the far rear of the restaurant which was outstanding so you can eat and not listen to children(unless your the parents and your then banished to that end of the restaurant as well I loved the seating, the take-out process where you walk along as your pizza is being made, loved the menu with so many varieties of great pizza creations. We ordered the duck and spinach pizza and the barbeque chicken pizza and then Bryan got a Chicken Parmesan pizza to go to take to work — we opened the box to peek inside and it looked amazing. I wish I would of taken a picture of the menu to post because their website that’s listed for this business does not work and in fact I can’t find anywhere in any listing a website for this place so hoping the phone works if you want to order a pizza by phone — good luck trying to figure out what’s on the menu because it is packed full of creative pizzas and wonderful Italian food I will certainly be returning here !

Maybe a little too sofisticated for me. Very hipster. I just wanted a normal pizza but we ended up with some bizzar overpriced flatbread thing. Not my cup of tea.

Yum! We ordered the Duck confit and Napoli Nights pizza’s with the Sophia salad. So fresh, good flavour. They have both wine and beer on tap and the service was great. Not sure when I will have a chance to go back to a Bold location but when I have the chance, I will!

Good value and service. Cheap and goos house wine. Really fast service. And, the guy who works there is a dead ringer for Bob Gainey!

What an awesome place. We were just stopping in Kamloops on our way back to Vancouver. We always like checking Unilocal for a better than fast food experience, and my wife led us here. Awesome place. Great combinations, great pizza, amazing service. Can’t say enough. It is pricey for what you get, but it’s good enough that it is worth it.

Great Value, food and service. Milano Plate offers a nice variety for $ 9.95. Chorizo was good but the sausage wasn’t hot(temp).

Dropped into Bold as I kept hearing that it is the newest hot place in town; and it is so true! Opened the door to an unpretentious classy industrial décor that is very casual. The restaurant was busy with both office types and families coming from the nearby Safeway, judging by the grocery bags sitting at the foot of their tables. A nice lady was twirling a pizza dough In the air when I walked up and she explained that we have thin crust pizza that we do your way or you can choose and customize one of the house’s signature recipes on the menu. I loaded the pizza with a marguerite tomatoe base, added chorizo porscuitto And chicken and then topped it with mushrooms, artichoke hearts, olives tomatoes and aged mozzarella. Another lady suggested I should try the meatball appetizer as she said«They are my favourite and I can guarantee that you will like them too»; well after such an enthusiastic prompt how could I not, so I of course took In an order which came with three meatballs. In the meantime, the pizza was cooking and I grabbed a drink. Just like the pizza you have your way, you also sit wherever you want after you pay and they give you a number in order to bring the order to that table. Once sat down, there were a lot of TVs and fun pop art sketched on the walls with ambient music in the background making the atmosphere very fun. Now for the food; the pizza was thin crust and just right; bursting with flavour. The meatballs consisting of chorizo beef and veal chuck were amazingly tasty, wow wow wow! #FoodPorn Sadly, I couldn’t finish it all and took one of the take out boxes that are on the side of each booth to pack and enjoy later; leaving satisfied and happy to have experienced another amazing«have it your way» thin crust gourmet and fast pizza in Kamloops; I most Definitely will return #yummy!

If it were actually wood fire pizza it would be a 5 for sure. The gas oven and the thin crust do make for a good pizza though. The Cesar salad was also very good.

Not much for atmosphere, but the pizza is pretty good. It’s hard to find a good thin crust pizza anywhere and they do a pretty good job. It’s an order off the wall kind of place. Very simple.

Came here for dinner and I ordered the white pasta and my husband ordered the duck/spinach pizza. The pasta was not good, tasted like I just dumped a jar of store bought sauce on it. The pizza, however made up for the bad pasta. It was so good and the thin crust was very tasty. Guess I will be ordering pizza there from now on.

Good concept, poor execution. I tried the duck/spinach pizza. Duck ended up dried out and lacking flavour. Crust was a bit charcoalish for my liking. My partner got a gluten-free pizza. It looked completely unappealling and tasted worse. Like soggy cardboard with greasy melted cheese on top. If you can’t offer a gluten free pizza that tastes half decent — don’t bother putting it on the menu.

This pizza with the thin crust is awesome. It cooks super fast and is at your table by the time you get your drinks! Love the roasted garlic topping. Also it is very filling despite the thin crust. Very inexpensive as well.

Best pizza in Kamloops. This is authentic Italian style pizza, the kind you can normally only get at a few places in Vancouver. So great that they are bringing this kind of pizza to Kamloops. They use fresh ingredients and a high temperature oven. The pizza is sometimes a little burnt, but that’s the way it’s supposed to be in case some people are wondering. Not 100% authentic, but the closest thing you’ll get in Kamloops. You can’t get delivery, but we’ve picked up several times.

We were feeling the urge for pizza while passing through Kamloops, and this place was close. It was 97 degrees American outside, and probably 77* inside, which was fine. Once we decided what to have, the girls behind the counter put our food together Subway style. Then they put the pies in the oven, we sat down, and they brought them out when they were cooked. The 10-year old Kid had plain ol’ pepperoni. I tried it, and found it to be a bit over-cooked on one side, which she likes. The pepperoni was not bold in flavor, we agreed; but she still gave it 4 stars. The Lady and I shared the prosciutto and arugula($ 13.95) and the Bold salad, sans olives($ 7.95). The salad was exceptionally good, with romaine, mozzarella, marinated artichoke hearts and bell pepper, and balsamic. The pizza was a little black on one side, like the kid’s, but still really tasty. They drizzle crème fraîche on it! They had one beer on tap – Mt Begbie High Country Lager – but we had cokes from the fountain machine. The three of us ate, and left with a little pizza for @$ 40. If we lived around here we’d return.

Nice pizzeria. Friendly staff. Great food. Pizzas are they way they are supposed to be. The only thing that didn’t go well for me, and it is not related to the food or staff, is that the oven it is supposed to be a wood burning oven and I couldn’t see the wood burning there.

A new pizzeria in Kamloops with a Neapolitan style pizza. Not 100% authentic but hey are doing a great job and it’s all their own. Totally worth the visit!
