If I could give a negative, I would! I ordered the assorted delux tempura($ 12.95) which promises 14 pieces but I only received 9 pieces and no prawn tempura! I called them out on it and they acted like they didn’t know what was going on. Even if you don’t know English, you know what’s on your menu and what you gave out to someone. Repeat business is not won by duping customers out of their well paid for tempura. Take my advice, go for another sushi place or order pizza

Since being open the quality has gone down a litter bit and they are busier so a little slower but… still 4 stars. Good price, food is good, service is good. Go at a good time

Great value for the money. Not the most elegant sushi in the world, but really good value for the prices. I’ve been going for years and sometimes they are slow because they are busy. Sometimes, the sushi is better than other times, but overall, they have been consistently good and always very friendly. Family run also.

The price was very reasonable for the amount of options there were. The lunch menu had so many options i didn’t know where to start. The fish was fresh and the service was very good. They do put too much rice on the rolls which i didn’t like it. But i will definitely go there again. A part from the all you can eat menus their sushi menu and their to go trays seems very good and they have pretty good deals.

Used to be good when we moved to Langley in 2014. New owner and bam. Stale seafood and food poisoning all around. Never going back again.

We went here because of the 4.5 star rating. I wish i’d taken the time to read further down. After eating here, i strongly suspect that many of the 5 star reviews must be from friends and family in order to bolster the ratings. This was very poor quality sashimi(rubbery and tasteless), the beef was close to rancid, the scallop the same, the edamame withered and the gyoza seem suspiciously like it had just come out of a freezer bag. Really disappointed. The only nice thing was the tempura. Very awkward ordering process — you get a paper menu and have to tick off boxes. This brings you singular items. For example, if you tick tuna sashimi, you get 1 piece and have to order again to get another one. You can write x 5 next to the box, but once you taste it, you wont want to eat 5. Disappointed in this restaurant, and disappointed in Unilocal for leading us astray.

Good value but slow service for getting a second go at the all you can eat. And everything is pretty bland and rice is slightly dried out. Oh and the cieling fans were going proximity 130 kph.

Average AYCE sushi place; but the pictures of their rolls do look yummy. Might come back a second time if I’m ever in the area again!

Very affordable AYCE sushi! Food is good but portion is small so i had to order 3 ebi sunomono. The tofu appetizer is good as well as beef teriyaki. Tempuras are all good. I am glad i found this place bc i can eat anything i want for $ 13.99. Service is friendly as well!

Food took awhile to arrive and the server was a bit sloppy. Some of the rolls were too large, causing them to fall apart when they arrived at the table. The salmon nigiri was really good. The tuna rolls did not look fresh, however. The price was OK, but I’ve seen other places that are cheaper and provide better quality food.

I can’t say I had high hopes, despite my friends who rave about this place. And judging by other Unilocalers, this place should be awesome. It isn’t. Who cares if it’s the best and more affordable AYCE sushi in Langley. It is the ONLYAYCE sushi in Langley. That is probably Jun Sushi’s only redeeming quality. They have two menus — a regular and a deluxe. Looking at the two, there really wasn’t a huge difference I noticed between the two so we got the regular. The food really is no better than at any other non-Japanese run AYCE sushi place in the Lower Mainland. It all generally caps out at meh, and can only go downhill from there. Rolls, nigiri, sashimi(tuna and farmed salmon) were regular run of the mill … no motoyaki(on either menu) … no katsu … no chicken or beef teriyaki unless you got it with rice … chicken karaage was tasteless … sunomono was warm(just a personal pet peeve) … nothing stood out. An average AYCE will at least have a few things that will stand out that you’ll want to order every time — that isn’t a roll, sushi or sashimi. Jun doesn’t have any of that. To top it off — they had the SLOWEST service ever. I literally stood up and approached the servers when I wanted my paper to fill out(twice) and when I wanted to hand it in(twice). And we had to ask for more water each time(twice). In all, we were there(8 of us) for over 2 hours. It was painful.

We keep going back! The food is very well prepared, and the service is good. I would recommend this to anyone, especially for those that love all you can eat.

Good value and friendly service. I don’t normally do the all you can eat and was pleasantly surprised. The tempura was good and also the agedashi tofu. Definitely in the realm of good sushi spot.

Came here after some early X-Mas decoration shopping for a late lunch. Service was fast and the tea was hot. I ordered a miso, a veggie sunomono and a Godzilla roll. The flavours were good, the food was fresh and the staff was friendly. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Langley.

I’m a big fan of Jun Sushi because of the value. I haven’t found a sushi place that offers the quality at the price, along with the friendly service and family atmosphere. It’s not a big place and the owners work hard every day to make things fresh. With so many choices of combos and bento boxes under $ 10, it’s a real affordable treat. Rice is not dry and portions are very reasonable. They even have a stamp card for frequent customers. Love it!

I keep on coming back to Jun Sushi for the all you can eat for the quality of the sushi. Normally when you find an all you can eat sushi joint I find that the quality is similar to grocery store sushi but not at Jun Sushi. The quality of the food is as good if not better than what the rest of the Fraser Valley has to offer for a la carte. Make sure you have an order of the crazy roll and the spicy chopped scallop cone.

I absolutely love coming here for sushi or a good bento box. It’s a small place right in the heart of Langley and they also do allot of take out. The main attraction of this place is there all you can eat sushi but be aware if you come for this all the people in your party will have to order it as they have had problems with people taking food from others even though they have not paid for the all you can eat. They also have several kinds of bento boxes with a mix of different things and combo sushi meals which I love because there not too expensive. This place has very good service and reasonable prices.
