This is Niagara Falls’ hidden gem. I have to admit it was better than all of the Toronto Indian restaurants that I’ve been to. My family know and love Indian food and the food was fantastic. The tandoori chicken was very moist and flavourful with a good hint of bbq smokey taste, the butter chicken was so delicious; tender and flavourful, lamb was tender and perfect hint of spices and herbs. The best was the naan, it was by far the best tasting naan I have ever had in my life and I can’t believe it was here in Niagara Falls. I want to say a big thank you to the two servers working that day, we didn’t catch their names but it was very busy on a Saturday evening and they were very busy with the entire tour bus passengers dining there as well. The servers came to our table each time to clear our plates, refilled our waters and asked if everything was good. We really appreciated their service and will be revisiting again this July.

Amazing food and incredibly giving staff. The daal makhani and paneer dishes were superb. They also bringing piping hot Naans to the table. The place is slightly off the beaten path, but it was definitely worth the extra walk.

Excellent! We ordered the chicken tikka masala, naan and white rice. The best gravy I have had in a long time. The naan was so soft and tasty. The lovely lady who served us had a constant smile on her face and made us feel welcome. It’s not often I visit the falls but I am tempted to drive back there with friends to try few more of their dishes. For dine in, the décor definitely needs an uplift. But if you love good food, ignore the décor.

We stopped by for lunch today and had a wonderful experience. We were a little early, but the friendly staff invited us to come inside and have a seat while they finished setting up the buffet. When we went to the buffet, they offered to make us a dish of Chaat Papri. I was happy to have the assistance because I’ve never had it and didn’t know how to prepare it. Oh my goodness, it was great! The yogurt, mint chutney, onion and spices were perfect together. Overall, the food was incredible, and they had a great mix of vegetarian and meat options to choose from. I’m really happy that we decided to stop.

Buffet and service were delicious and delightful. They serve you up with a smile. The naan which is beyond good is brought out to you fresh and it’s a never ending supply. The food on the buffet was well cooked and not to greasy. This has become one of my favorite spots and will become a staple for whenever I am in the Falls Everyone should go and support them. They are a great!

Wow you cannot go wrong with a $ 13 review. McDonald junk food is $ 12. Tons of vegetarian options, tons of chicken and lamb dishes(no beef), exceptional service(kind and considerate staff). I would highly recommend P. s. Meat is halal

I don’t really like Indian food, but my husband loves it so I hesitantly went here. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and it was so good! My husband of course loved his dish as well(lamb curry). The waitress was nice enough to show and explain to us all of the buffet options and that really helped!

Excellent food, excellent portions! Great place to order from when you can’t move in your hotel room. Would definitely recommend the lamb biryani and korma lamb and vegetarian noodles. My wife and I were totally satisfied and will definitely order again.

The food was good and decent. The nan bread was hot but more greasy !!! All of my friends had a good time here. The waiters were friendly too. The washroom was really a long way downstairs. kind a look like a dungeon !!! But 12.99 $ for dinner buffet was a win win situation if you are really hungry, after seeing the falls.

I visited this place on Christmas night and had the worst experience of my life. To start with, we were told to find a seating place on our own. Luckily we found a place. We ordered 3 buffets and some ala carte item for kids. Most of the food items in buffet were finished and we were asked to wait for some time. That was still bearable and to pass time we ordered 3 glasses of wine. No same wine was available for all 3 glasses. Even the glasses were of different shapes. The ala carte items for kids were simmering with red chillies. And after waiting for 70 minutes, some food came. The rice was not cooked properly. Dal makhani was not even there, and so were the salads, desserts etc. The only dessert present was a gulab jamun, which appeared as prepared by a novice. They were not even round in shape. Well, the worst part came at the billing desk. They charged me complete amount for buffets, even when half of the items were missing and the other half were very bad. When I raised this point, the clerk rudely said that he is not the owner. Well, with that ended the worst dinner of my life. so far.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior of this restaurant! Attached to a motel, we almost drove right past it. Surprisingly clean, spacious and very good food in the Niagara region. $ 13 per person for AYCE Indian buffet. Qila has closed down and Passage of India has raised their prices quite a bit, so this is a wonderful alternative. Was also very impressed with their speed of service, host was a kind and warm personality and accomodated every request.

I dont generally write reviews as I am one of the silent Unilocalers who read the reviews before trying out places. this place has given me reason to write my first review ever… I have had my share of bad food at times but the lunch buffet that I had at Cheetal was the worst food of my life. As a tourist in Niagara, I did what most new people would do i.e. read the reviews of the place on Unilocal and decided to go for Lunch buffet. As a traveller, I wasn’t expecting anything out of the world… some decent food would have done it for me but the food they serve is simply pathetic. It is not even close to Indian taste with very limited choices… I come from North India and have been living throughout North America, I know that people generally make the food mild here so that it suits every ones taste… but their food had absolutely no taste at all. Moreover these guys have some sought of stupid policy which restricts them from giving bowls to customers as they are reserved for desserts. Even a road side food truck will not give you that answer ever. Needless to say — staff is rude and service sucks. My review is based on a weekend lunch buffet so cannot say much about ala carte but I wonder how can a cook who does not know how to make basic indian food like Dal and Rice would create wonders else where. Advice for Indian– Dont expect even normal Indian taste here and skip it to save yourself from feeling cheated. Advice for others — There is so much around the place… dont waste your time and money on this food and please do not judge Indian food by what these guys serve.

Really unsatisfied and unclean restaurant. I thought I would come here to give my guests a taste of good Indian food, but not only food was not good, service is pathetic, washrooms are very dirty and overall experience was really bad. Don’t get fooled by good ratings for this restaurant.

I love this restaurant! Unfortunately I live in Toronto, so I am only able to eat at this restaurant very rarely. The food selection was good(both vegetarians and meat lovers will enjoy it!). I also loved their gulab jamun, an Indian dessert, as I believe they made it fantastically. The service was awesome as well! The owner was super friendly and our server did a great job. The only complaint I have is that I wish there had been just a few more dishes. However, I left satisfied and the price is great for what you get! All in all, I highly recommend coming here if you are around the area.
