Used this company a couple weeks ago and they were well priced and professional. Right from when I called they were able to schedule a time that fit my schedule and I felt confident that they could help with my situation.
I’d use Advantage Pest Control again.

I hired this company to exterminate bed bugs and roaches in our house two months ago and I am very satisfied of what they did. Use this company, they are helpful!

These guys are a complete farce. I spent 400 to have trap set up for squirrels, and somehow they manage to botch this simple request.
The morning of the appointment was messed up from the start. The dispatch called me stating they could not get in touch with their ‘expert’ for whatever reason, and asked ME to ask him to call THEM when I saw him.
Upon meeting the person, he stated he lost his phone at a party the night before! Really?
Job was completed and the trap never worked. They refuse to remove it, and complete the job. We’re been basically duped.
The traps look poorly setup and I have doubts that they are ethical.
This company is a sham and should NOT be allowed to continue as a legitimate business.
Stay clear.

«They’re rats» said the customer repeatedly & on multiple occasions. «Great, let’s treat for mice» said Advantage Pest Control Services repeatedly and on multiple occasions.
Called Head Office, who used the whole ‘Oh look, an irrate customer, let’s put them on hold & then disconnect them” tactic.
Would have given 0 stars if I could have.
