Absolute waste of money, told us he would charge $ 200 over the phone then told a fake story and demanded $ 400. My dad believed the guy, and we never saw a single rat after the one we killed ourselves. He told us there were tons more rats hiding in crevices, they would breed and multiply, hide in the walls etc etc. He erases negative reviews from his website and Homestars won’t post our review either – they are another scam that doesn’t allow you to use words like bullshit or lies. We can’t get our money back. Please find someone else more honest to spend your money with. This guy was from Brampton (there is a site in Brampton), his name was Luqman

Since writing my original review, I had a chance to discuss this with my wife further, who was the one who dealt with the serviceman (I was at work).
Apparently, his inspection of the premises was cursory, to the point where she actually asked him to lift up the rug leading to the crawl space (which we believe to be the source of the infestation, as it leads directly under the house) and he refused to check the area because he did not want a rat jumping out at him. I also discovered a glue pad covered with rat hair, which I believe is the remnants of the dead rat the gentleman says he disposed of for us. It appears he just left the glue pad behind on the furnaceroom floor for me to find.
I then called a second contractor on recommendation from a friend. That contractor is charging me $ 276+HST (basically what PestEnd charged for my 2 traps) and this service includes a full inspection and three full months worth of service, including as many traps and as many returns (including to remove dead rats caught in the traps) to deal with the problem, period.
So to sum up, my $ 250+tax bought me two $ 7 traps, baited with food from my own fridge, with the (partial) disposal of one dead rat in my green bin. Plus an «inspection» of the premises by a pest control contractor who doesn’t want to inspect the area where the rats might be for fear of rats jumping out at him.
This is disgraceful.

They say they have a 100% money-​back guarantee. They came a first time, gave recommendations which I implemented. A month later our problem was not solved. They came back and installed more mouse bait. A couple months after that they returned and then recommended that I put screens on two vents that they hadn’t noticed at the first two visits. With work travel it took me a while to have that done. By then, I could hear the mice again. When I called them again it was literally 4 days after the end of the money-​back guarantee. So they refused to offer further assistance. Their measures were not effective – the problem recurred three times within the six month period. So I’m $ 200 poorer and now have to start all over again with a new company. Their sticking to the letter of their timeline and not allowing an extra four days seems short-​sighted to me. They’ve lost me as a customer and certainly have lost my recommendation.
