You won’t go wrong using Sande Wildlife Control

Please do not use this company. This company is irresponsible and rude. My suspicion is that the company is responsible for the repair under the 2-​year guarantee and they are trying to get out of it using a stupid excuse. If that is the case, this company is also unethical.
Here is what happened to me.
We commissioned Sande Wildlife Control to shut out the squirrels on the roof of our rental house early December, 2013.
A few days ago, four months after Sande did the service, the tenant called to report that the squirrels had returned.
I called my contact person at Sande, I believe he is the owner, two days later. He said if the squirrels got in from another point of entry, his 2-​year guarantee would not apply. I said it was fair. He also informed me that he had increased his base price. I said it was OK.
I only wanted to have the same person/​company to do the job. I basically authorized him to do the job either under the guarantee or as a new job.
The guy said he would go to have a look later in the day because he was nearby. I told him I had to inform the tenant that he would drop by. He said «no need» and reminded me that there was no access to the roof from the inside of the house and that everything could be done from the outside.
The weekend and Monday had passed by. Thinking that he did not get back to me, I called him on Tuesday, wanting to find out if the job was done. He answered and before I said anything, he said he would not deal with a person like me who did not pick up his call and he hung up.
I had no idea he called. He definitely DID NOT leave a message. I knew because, being a businessperson myself, I checked voice messages as a routine. I then went to check the history of his phone number. It did show he called at 5:10, 5:11, 5:12PM in succession that afternoon without leaving a message. His number must have shown on my «missed calls» but i was not and still am not familiar with his number, I must have erased it. Why could n’t he texted or emailed me if he really wanted to contact me.
My husband tried to explain to the guy when I told him what happened. He did the same trick. not letting my husband explain or talk when he asked the guy to listen to him. He said the same thing that he did not deal with people who did not pick up his calls and hung up.
Any business person who is sincere and honest does not behave like that. I would never use their service again and will not recommend this company to anybody.
