Nice coffee shop right next to Jane subway station. Good selection of baked goods including fresh muffins in the mornings along with coffee. Friendly service as well.

Came here the other afternoon and had a wonderful time. I got a seat by the window and co. pketed some homework while enjoying my blended green tea latte. The snow was falling gracefully outside, and the neighbourhood/​people in the general area are simply amazing :) Only reason I give it a 4 is because the employees weren’t as friendly as I hoped thwy would’ve been.
But I will definitely be back again!

After my disappointment of no-​wifi, I decided to walk a few stores down to Timothy’s to grab a four berry fruit smoothie and noticed in their door that they had wi-​fi. Mind you, you have to ask for the password. After several tries for a connection, it finally worked.
This location is around the corner from Jane Station, it has older light blue padded chairs situated at the front facing the window. They opened the sliding door but doesn’t open much, or at least so it seemed. To the back, there was room for about 10 seats. It’s not a bad place to people watch.
It’s no different than any other chain café nevertheless.

I have been visiting this café a lot over the last few months… it’s near my home, and I go there to sit and read or work on my laptop. It’s bright, cheerful and clean. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. There is comfortable seating by the window. The owner/​manager is around a lot and seems to treat his staff and customers well. It’s my favourite place to sit and read with a coffee and a treat! I enjoy the quality of the coffee and the baked goods are fresh and delicious.
The only recommendation I’d make is that the mugs with chips be replaced. There are quite a few mugs that have little chips at the top, which can harbour lots of bacteria. It doesn’t look very nice either. Maybe replace those mugs? They’re not expensive. :)
